I have to say that my purchasing my new Lexus IS350 at Long Lexus has been the epitome of “Experience Amazing”. Marc Fata at Longo Lexus made this an incredibly easy purchase from securing the perfect vehicle right up to front door delivery. I was looking for a very specific color combination and configuration in the new 2026 Lexus IS350, a nationwide search did not yield any results. My local area Lexus dealers would not commit to finding this vehicle, and instead began sending me links to whatever they had in stock. All units were not even close to what I was looking for. Marc Fata at Longo Lexus welcomed my request and took a small deposit while we waited for the exact vehicle. That allocation came in less than two months, and Marc immediately notified me when Longo was notified of the production build. When my car arrived in California, Marc forwarded the photos and assured me of a quick and easy acquisition. I had just returned home from the hospital and was unable to drive the 90 miles up to El Monte, so Marc arranged for a delivery to my front door! Everything was handled so professionally and efficiently, it truly was “Experience Amazing”. I did not even have to go get a cashier’s check for my large down payment, he said just write a check. I have never had such an easy and stress free vehicle purchase in my entire life, and I’m pushing 60 years old. Had I known buying a car could be this easy, I would have bought at Longo Lexus years ago. I highly recommend working with Marc Fata at Longo Lexus if you are in the market for a vehicle, you will not be disappointed!

This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Longo Lexus, and once again we had an outstanding experience! What made it even more special was that, by coincidence, we were helped by the same salesperson, Chris Tenorio, who assisted us with our first Lexus purchase. It was great to work with someone who is so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about making the car-buying experience enjoyable. This time, Monica also assisted us, and she was absolutely wonderful. Despite the extreme heat, she was incredibly patient, going back and forth to bring us the keys for multiple vehicles so we could test drive them without ever making us feel rushed. Her positive attitude, kindness, and willingness to help made a huge difference. Chris and Monica both have exceptional customer service skills. They took the time to answer all of our questions, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and truly made us feel valued as customers. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be overwhelming, but they made it an exciting and enjoyable experience from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with our new 2024 Lexus TX 350 and are so grateful for the outstanding service we received. Ask for Chris Yoon when you stop by. It was by far the best car buying experience we have had. It was also the quickest. He was efficient and the white glove support was amazing. He was patient and very helpful. Not only did he get us a great deal the entire process was very educational. This guy really knows his stuff.

Coming to Longo Lexus was the best decision compared to other Lexus dealers. Longo Lexus made it a great experience at car buying. I got the exact car I had been looking for. They have a large variety and large inventory of vehicles. I think I might have convinced my husband to trade in his car for a Lexus so we’ll definitely be back. Shout out to Hieu for all your help.
