What a seamless and friendly service! From making the appointment, arriving at the entry booth in the morning, checking out at reception, to the car pick up service, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. A special thank you to Agustin Jauregin , who was exceptionally helpful. He remembered everything I asked for, followed through consistently, and made sure all my questions were answered. He even confirmed that I received his phone calls and messages, which showed his great attention to detail and genuine care for the customer. The facility setup is also amazing, everything is thoughtfully arranged, clean, comfortable, and well organized. It really made the overall experience even more pleasant. Truly made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Every step was handled with great care and professionalism. I truly appreciate the excellent service from the entire team. Including the technician and management team that I didn’t meet. Everyone went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and enjoyable. First time doing a deal over the phone as we live quite a distance from the LA area. Jorge was incredible to work with. Professional, pleasant, true to his word, and no added pressure. Every detail we discussed over the phone remained in place once we arrived. Incredibly happy with the deal and overall experience. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Stunning Dealership and Amazing Sales Team. Today 07/25/2026 i visited this dealership to upgrade my old car, prepared for long discussions and straggling. I met Amazing Top Notch Sales Person, Iris Huang who drove me through all complexity, my old car appraisal, Selection of a new car, negotiated the price, processing credit application till finance agreement and after that delivered a new car with beautiful red bant, helped to connect my phone to Toyota application and adjust car. I d say i saw only a few such Quality Sales in my life. Absolutely No Hassle! Thank you Iris Huang! High Recommended!

Rosy Gomez ROCKS. From the moment we walked in, there was absolutely no pressure at all. We just walked around looking at certified used cars. Rosy walked up to us and asked if we needed any help to find a car, so we took a walk on this huge lot with so many choices. We found the car we wanted, and the process with smooth and easy. I just wanted to add how helpful they all were in the dealership. I’ve never been to a dealership that ran so seamlessly in the way that they handle business. There were a couple of little scuff marks on the car that we wanted fixed as well as a few small scratches. My husband was extra picky but Rosy worked with Israel in the service department and completely fixed and detailed the car making it look brand new. Mind you, it’s a few years old. In the financing department, we had a quick and easy process while signing with the finance manager Malik Abbas. All in all my husband and I decided we won’t shop for a new or used car anywhere else from now on. We were referred to Longo Toyota Sales by a coworker and they did not disappoint. I had to request some photos of how it all got done back in the shop. We are impressed! We will refer and return. GREAT JOB FROM A HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!!!

From the first email to Aaron Misajon inquiring on what my options might be. Everything was handled seamlessly. I always felt attended too, and follow up was excellent. Dave Canfield walked me through the entire process. No question was too small. I appreciated his patience and attention to detail. He always kept me informed throughout the entire process. Calvin in finance was super cool and easy to work with. He explained everything and reassured me throughout the whole closing and signing process. Thus is my second vehicle I’ve purchased with Longo Toyota in El Monte. Im a customer for life!!! Thank you Aaron, Dave and Calvin. I love my new Tacoma Truck!!!! Best, Chris
