Great place. I’ve been coming here for 15 years and it’s always been a great experience. Brunch is always good. Chicken and Mojos are delicious. 🍕🍗 I recently went this past week and order a large PCM for me and my sister. When I arrived they told me they made a small mistake and didn’t add pineapple to my pizza which I was ok with. The manager insisted in making me another pizza which I am extremely thankful for. Valeria, I think that was the name of the manager she did great. I ended up inviting my whole family over and everyone said it was really good. Also I noticed that the play area got revamped which is exciting since a lot of places are closing down around the city. I plan on bringing my nephews here soon. That you again for the great Experience !! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Had so much fun! Food was nice and hot for bunch a lunch. Not too crowded but they kept bringing out fresh servings to enjoy. Valerie was so helpful and very patient while all the kids were redeeming their tickets. Would highly recommend for a fun afternoon out.

Valerie is awesome. She has amazing customer service. My autistic daughter has to have her pizza a specific way and this is now the 2nd time Valerie went out of her way to make the pizza for my daughter to ensure it would perfect for her. Valerie is a Gem. Rare to see such great service.

A good place for party. The food tasted great, the service was pleasant. Every time we went, they've greeted us with nice, friendly and happy manner. They remembered what food we love and always make the fresh, warm and special pizza for us. We enjoy eating there very much. The place was harmonious even when the NFL was on. Everyone was focused on the team he/she loved or enjoyed the food here. Besides the price was very reasonable.

Valerie has made our trip to shakeys one of our best ones yet. She was very well mannered and very aware of the menu and offers that were available in the restaurant. Food smells and taste great too. 👍🏽
