My son fell and broke his front tooth, causing him significant pain. I called this office and confirmed they could see him the same day. Initially, I was offered a 2:00 p.m. appointment, but after I explained I needed to return to work by 3:00 p.m. and would have to look elsewhere, the receptionist said we could come in at 10:30 a.m. When we arrived, I explained that my son already has a dentist but couldn’t be seen that day, and that we were there specifically to have his broken tooth repaired. They proceeded to take numerous X-rays of all of his teeth. The dental assistant was very kind and repeatedly apologized for the long wait. After nearly two hours, the dentist finally came in. Unfortunately, he did not seem welcoming and appeared bothered. He said, “I know you’re not here for this, but I’d still like to go over the X-rays because there’s a lot of work that needs to be done. The broken tooth is not my concern today—I would rather focus on a cavity.” I was surprised by this, especially since I had clearly explained the reason for our visit and that my son already had a treatment plan with his regular dentist. When I asked if the broken tooth would be repaired that day, I was told it could be done only if we returned at 2:00 p.m. because it would take time and the dentist had another patient scheduled. It felt like the majority of our visit was spent taking unnecessary X-rays rather than addressing the urgent issue we came in for. We ultimately canceled the appointment and sought care elsewhere. Based on the positive reviews, I expected a much different experience. Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing, and I encourage others to do their research before choosing this office for emergency dental care.

I have been coming to Brite Choice Dental for a while now, and the level of care is consistently top-notch. The entire team is professional, thorough, and makes every visit as comfortable as possible. I want to give a special shout-out to Terry, the office manager. Terry is absolutely fantastic—incredibly organized, welcoming, and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly with scheduling and billing. It is rare to find an office that manages patient care and administration with such high standards. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dental team!

I had a great experience with Brite Choice Dental. I first found them when I was dealing with severe tooth pain that was causing migraines. They were able to get me in for a same-day emergency appointment, quickly identified the problem, took X-rays, and explained the additional dental work I would need. At first, I was overwhelmed by the cost of the treatment plan, but Terry (manger) was incredible. She took the time to walk me through every procedure, explained the recommended timeline, and reviewed financing options that made everything much more manageable. I never felt pressured, and she made sure I understood each step of the process. I had some very negative experiences with dentists in the past, which left me anxious about dental visits. Because of that fear, I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost three years—and that was completely on me. If there’s one piece of advice I can give, it’s don’t wait until the pain gets worse. Give Brite Choice Dental the opportunity to help you. Everyone on the team was kind, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to Nick and Jocelyn, who were always friendly and made every visit more comfortable. Dr. Chen was knowledgeable, honest, and professional throughout my treatment, which I truly appreciated. Most of all, I want to thank Terry. She was amazing from start to finish and supported me throughout nearly three months of treatment. Her patience, compassion, and willingness to answer my questions made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend Brite Choice Dental to my family, friends, and colleagues. If you’re looking for a dental office that genuinely cares about its patients and provides excellent service, this is the place to go.

Everything has been great so far. Had a tooth extraction and they made it as painless as possible and the recovery has been going smoothly. Looking forward to getting the rest of my dental work done soon (ie. Bridge , fillings, etc)
