Really happy with my experience here. The office is super clean, including the bathrooms and waiting area, which I always appreciate. Staff is friendly and easy to work with, very flexible and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Dr. Vo did my implant and she’s seriously great. You can tell she knows her stuff. Also, the Medit scanner they use is way better than those old-school impressions. Quick easy and no mess

I can’t say enough good things about Arcadia Medi-Dental! The staff is always welcoming and professional, and my dentist always takes the time to explain everything clearly and make me feel comfortable. Scheduling is always easy with the friendly front desk team. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Dr.Kim was amazing! She was very gentle throughout the process and always make sure to check-in during the process to see if we’re doing okay. The staff/front desk receptionists are very friendly and kind as well. They made sure check-in process was smooth and quick. And if you are forgetful like me lol—rushing straight from work and forgot to brush before arriving, they do provide you an extra toothbrush and toothpaste for you to do the cleaning before seeing the dentist. The office itself is very modern and clean! Parking space is a bit limited though. However, outside the metal gate, there are also parking space (not sure if it belong to dental office group tho).

easily one of the nicest dental offices I’ve been to. everything is spotless and they use a lot of new tech. the staff were super nice and really attentive, and the doctor was awesome—very gentle and professional. made me feel like they care about doing things right and making patients feel at ease.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Vo for years, and we’re really happy she opened this new office. It’s super clean, modern, and has a great atmosphere. We both came in for a check-up, cleaning, and whitening, and the whole experience was excellent. The cleaning was gentle but thorough, and the whitening results were better than we expected. Dr. Vo always takes her time to explain everything and never makes us feel rushed. Another plus is that they also speak Vietnamese, which is great if you have elders who aren’t comfortable speaking English. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares and provides great service, we highly recommend her!
