Overpriced and absolutely no regard for your time. Almost every single ortho appt was 20 to 60 minutes behind schedule. There is literally no room to sit in the waiting room while they run behind so I had to stand with my daughter while we wait with no updates. This office is terrible as there is no communication. We asked and the office receptionist said she’ll check, but she never actually got up to check with the back office staff. The billing and benefits person is also so unfriendly and rude. Basically handed me an estimate and stared blankly at me like I was taking too long to review it. The same happened when I was handed 4 forms to review and sign. Everything feels rushed. The care is nothing special here especially considering the price. I advise to read the other 1 star reviews as my experience does not appear to be a one off and to seek dental care elsewhere.

I am extremely unhappy and disappointed. I used to be their customer for a few years until now. I will never come back. I have two teeth that needed fillers and instead of providing me other options, they kept trying to coerce me into buying veneers instead which they said will cost $4000 for just two teeth. The finance lady was very pushy, she seemed desperate, and I was not convinced. She said even if I did not go through with the treatment and "because they reserved 2 hours of time originally for the treatment" I owe them $200 for that. I paid it, they can keep the $200 because I will never return and I will look for a second opinion elsewhere. I was very close to paying for the treatment, I understand this is a business, because of the way I was treated and how I felt like they were very pushy without giving me other options, how I felt like they just wanted my money only, that was enough for me to not say yes and leave forever.

Our family has been coming to Parklane Dental in Arcadia for 4 years now, and I’m so glad we found this office for all of our dental needs. The place is very hi‑tech, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Nguyen is amazing, skilled, gentle, and great at explaining everything.

Have been a Parklane Dental customer for over 10 years. First time had encounted the one and only very rude front desk, her name is Grace. What happened was seems like my company changed the insurance plan last year, there was some delay in that. They didn’t check my insurance validity or notified me I have to pay out of pocket before the appointment. She told me twice, once normal and last time was commanding me angrily (in wordings and in tone), I have to pay out of pocket if my insurance is not covered. I said no I’m not paying out of pocket today, she then say I can’t do that because they already paid the hygienist for my time. What a weirdest excuse ever. However, the younger chinese girl was very nice tho, really appreciate her politeness and work under stress with that crazy lady, she deserves a raise with her professionalism.
