I’ve been coming to The Camp El Monte for about 8 months now, and it has truly made a difference in my fitness journey. I recently participated in the 6 Week Challenge and was able to lose 5.7% body fat, which I’m really proud of! Not only has this gym helped me lose weight, but it has also helped me build strength and endurance to complete races like Spartan and DEKA. The workouts are challenging, motivating, and always push you to be better. The staff is friendly and supportive. They genuinely care about your goals and progress. It’s a great environment to stay consistent and feel encouraged. Highly recommend!

I joined the camp for a 21 day challenge but I saw so much progress in that time that I decided to sign up. In one year I’ve changed so much and I’m so thankful for the community we have here. The trainers are awesome & so encouraging! The camp will definitely transform your life & I can’t recommend it enough!

The Camp El Monte is the best gym I’ve ever joined! All of the trainers are highly skilled and empathetic. Accommodations and modifications are suggested in the spot with patience. The manager, Patty, is knowledgeable and kind. This is the first gym I have ever felt comfortable and successful and the group workouts are highly motivating. I always encourage my friends to come check it out.

High Intensity Workouts! Super fun and challenging. It’s better and easier with friends so bring your family and friends. Nice staff at the front and great trainers. Always keeping us motivated to do our best. Love the camp! On my way to pass the challenge!!
