We recently purchased a Honda Civic Si from this dealership and had nothing but an amazing experience with them. Elena and Kay were our salespersons and they were incredibly helpful and no nonsense. We know our way around car buying and not only did they accept our asks without kickback but gladly welcomed it. We walked out with the deal we wanted and Zarif in finance closed out the deal with no hassle and all professionalism. We 100% recommend coming to this dealership for any car you are in the market for. Truly a diamond in the rough and we will be back for any future cars.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring Hatchback from El Cerrito Honda. Luis was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was responsive, professional, transparent, and never made me feel pressured. I spent several weeks comparing offers from multiple Honda dealerships across the Bay Area, and Luis consistently took the time to answer my questions, provide updates, and work with his management team to earn my business. I also want to recognize AR, who stepped in and helped keep everything moving while Luis was away. AR was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure all of my questions were addressed promptly. Having both Luis and AR supporting me throughout the process made the experience seamless. What I appreciated most was their willingness to listen and work with me respectfully throughout the negotiation process. In the end, El Cerrito Honda provided the best overall deal, and the purchase experience was smooth and straightforward. We recently visited Honda to explore options, and while we didn’t end up buying a car this time, we had a great experience with Chad Kalefter. He was extremely helpful, respectful, and made us feel comfortable throughout. Chad was friendly, informative, and guided us without any pressure. My wife and I went into El Cerrito Honda to see if the advertised 3 yr lease was suitable for us. We were approached by Michael Muela. He explained everything about the lease in detail and we ended up signing up for the lease. We then went to finance where Zarif helped with finalizing the contract. He was also very helpful. While waiting for the car, the manager approached us to find out if there was anything else we needed and if we were happy with El Cerrito’s staff, to which we replied that all was great. It was good that all three levels of staff were genuinely concerned about our experience. I highly recommend the dealership.
