I returned to this Cleaners that I used for more than 30 years after a break due to Covid Confinement and retirement. They picked up right where they left off and did a fantastic job on my special order Repair. I love the fact that you have the option to have your items picked up and dropped off and the fact that they communicate with you via text to let you know the status of your order. Seamless superior service

The first day I walked in the gentleman behind the counter was VERY nice to me. They even gave me a gift 🎁 unexpectedly. Then, after I left, they sent a text to thank me again for trusting them with my clothing. They told me they even do free delivery! Wow! That's exceptional customer service. The only thing I don't like that is a big deal for me, as it really would help my brain, is that they don't allow you to pay ahead of time when dropping clothes off unless you leave a card on file. I may not want to use the same card each time. My last cleaners did allow this and it helped me with consistency because I like to have the same routine each time: Pay during drop off then just pick up and leave. I chose this cleaners because it's only 5 mins away from home. But I understand they have their policy. I still think customer service was exceptional! And would recommend! My clothes came back just fine so far. Thank you so much! 💖💛💖💖🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

The staff was wonderful. They warned me that my old curtains may not survive. I left them anyway and then changed my mind and asked for the curtains back the following day. They had gone out the night before and had already gotten cleaned and pressed and no problems at all. They look beautiful and I’m very pleased that I came to this cleaner to have them done.

Excellent service. I had altered my brand new pants, the rate was affordable compared to other cleaners. My pants look better than the store. Employees are polite, place is clean and big.
