Tyler is a Very sweet lady, conversation is amazing. Works with great precision.. detailed service. I’m happy with the service she provided for me! And let’s not forget about Deva she was amazing upon entry very nice inviting and sweet , she made me feel very welcome and comfortable with what I was there to get. I appreciate these ladies for making my visit better than I thought.

I had an excellent experience with Sarina! She was so kind and helpful. She ensured I was comfortable the entire time and took her time to explain everything she was doing. She also offered Such good advice for aftercare waxing. I will definitely come back and book with her!

I 100% recommend going to the El Cerrito Plaza location of European Wax Center. I've been going on a monthly basis for over two years, and have only wonderful things to say about all staff, especially Tyler! Highly recommend booking with her. 🥰

Every time I visit this place, it feels like a disappointing experience, which is why I refuse to purchase any packages here. I went to the El Cerrito location yesterday for a Brazilian wax, and it was the worst experience I've had. - The attendant was not very communicative. - The waxing process was not smooth at all. - The attendant seemed rushed. - Not all the necessary areas were waxed properly. When I got up from the table, I realized there was still hair on my couch. It was truly the worst experience yet. Once I got home and checked, I found a lot of hair still on my couch. I can provide pictures if needed for proof. And I don’t want a free wax — I want a full refund, because I’m not coming back here!
