Best staff ever. They are always so friendly and kind. 10/10 experience every time, which is saying something because most mailing experiences are nowhere close to this pleasant!

Hands down the BEST UPS Store I’ve ever been to — and it’s all because of the incredible team working there. There are about 4 or 5 guys who run the place, and every single one of them is absolutely AMAZING. They’re fast, efficient, super friendly, and go above and beyond to help every customer. Whether I’m dropping off a simple return or need help with packing, printing, or shipping, they always greet me with a smile and handle everything like pros. You can tell they actually care and take pride in their work, which is so rare these days. The energy in this store is positive and upbeat every time I walk in. They make errands feel easy (even enjoyable), and that’s saying a lot. Huge shoutout to the whole team — y’all make this store a 10/10 experience every single time! Highly recommend this location. If you're lucky enough to have this as your local UPS, you’re in good hands.

I had previously posted of our excellent service in Juneau. But, now must say this UPS store staff in Corte Madera, Calif. is the most efficient, courteous service we have received in any service of any kind this year. Heres to Corte Madera UPS cheers!

Everyone that works at this branch is so chill and thoughtful. I haven’t have a bad experience in the 4 years I have been handling my shipping or amazon through here. From simple shipping to a laundry lists of returns. They are always easy to work with and helpful.11/11.
