I am a sucker for Madewell jeans, great quality! I love them so much, that I call them "MADwell" because I am mad about these jeans. I shop at this store often for the past 3 years. This location is the only location I have been to for Madewell. I have had a few bad service days where the ladies were just not feeling it to help me out. But I have more great service days where I tell them what I need and they give me all their personal favs to what is popular and also take in account what I am looking for. Love this store for my jean needs.

Staff if rude and entitled. Manager was worse. Every time I have shopped there I have had the same experience, the staff seems to be more interested in chatting with each other then helping customers and the vibe they give off is that of a mean girl clique.

Rough experience when returning a sweater the manager said she couldn’t do it only at a discount but it was a couple of days before the holiday extended return. Went to marina in San Francisco and they honored my receipt since I still had tags on it.

I die for Madewell denim. I could spend all my money here. The jeans are superb! 👌

Love this Madewell. Store is spacious, staff is helpful, and there is always parking!
