The dental care business model I experienced was a tacky bait and switch. If they put as much thought and care into their communication as they did on their interior decorator the experience would've been great instead of chaotic and dysfunctional. Early this week I received brochure mailer It was excited at the prospect of a local dentist. I was eager to share my experience with my entire residential community. I.scheduled appt. and verified in advance that the visit was indeed the promised introductory free exam and cleaning with no x-rays required before my cleaning. The morning of my appt, I arrived 15 minutes early to re-verify and was impressed with the modern elegant decor, and the outgoing friendly staff. Unfortunately, ny first impression was quickly negated by the "bait and switch" 'tactics of Dr. Chan and high pressure sales approach. Several people got involved and overwhelmed me in the little room. Kudos to Maria who was honest and confirmed to the manager that I had checked In advance to verify the service was free, that x-rays were not required the first time, And that they would in fact honor their brochure which included exam. Dr Chan disregarded my medical conditions regarding positioning of my chair and did not relay the required masking. The facilities mgr. said she took responsibility for their mixup and what can she do to make it right? I said to honour what you promised. They did not. I did not receive the free cleaning. I'd like to add the asst. Makayla was very. nice, But she was interrupted as well by the various people coming in the room while she was trying to take down my Medical history. Staffer Sheila forgot to wear the mask had smirked when Eye requested a private HIPAA confidential conversation with the dentist. Another woman I had not known came into the room and by this time I could see that they weren't going to honour their promises. As I was leaving, there was a meeting being held which looked like a group of Dennis and Stafford in a conference room I was passing where it looked were trying to iron it out their Policies or are Shall we say they're alibis? The sad thing about this was I was planning to share this contact with many people where I lived. Gone are the days of "my word is my bond.". Guess I'll have to bring an AI scribe next time I speak to anyone. Cannot recommend

They have appointments after 5pm which makes stuff super convenient One of the few cleanings where my teeth actually felt clean & didn’t bleed at all My mom and sister both have appointments here next week

Took advantage of free cleaning and xrays for first visit. Had a great experience, and really appreciate the offerings, care, and late/alternative hours. I will be back!
