We got such great help from Andrew in choosing the perfect couch & chair for our new house. He was very knowledgeable on all the options and offered to move pieces around for us so we could try out just the right configuration, let us take the fabric out into the natural light to look at, etc. before deciding on what we wanted. A really nice experience from start to finish, and we can’t wait to see our new furniture!

From start to finish, my experience with Lovesac was a perfect adventure! I first heard of this couch about a year ago or so and felt like with my house full of rescue animals, my animals, kids I nanny, and ALL the food and wine, I needed something super washable and my Virgo energy needed something to move around whenever I wanted. So, I went in months ago to look, and the ladies there were lovely- informative and NOT pushy. Almost saying in their minds “we know you’ll be back- no need to push you!” (So right!!!) so then a few weeks ago when I went back and was pretty sure I wanted the couch, Elizabeth really helped me. She allowed my controlling personality to shine, helped me be incredibly particular, allowed me to run next door to pick up something from Apple before they closed, and assured me I was making the best decision. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! They use tiny wood blocks to show you configurations on how the couch can be arranged in your home which was probably the reason I went with my purchase that day! Elizabeth really got me, and my boyfriend- and succeeded in making this purchase 100% non-regrettable. She was the BEST at connecting with us personally, while remaining completely professional at the same time. What a stress free interaction. I already made an additional purchase!!!! (Btw- the cup holders ARE AMAZING!!!)

Today was a very busy day for LoveSac.com as they were having a 25% off sale for the Labor Day weekend. I was having a difficult time getting through on the telephone to place my order. In the meantime I messaged their Corte Madera, CA store and was responded to immediately by their very sweet employee, Elizabeth, who let me know she was with a customer but would reach out to me at 2:30 this afternoon by calling me. In the meantime, Lovesac.com did finally call back and I was able to complete my transaction. I let Elizabeth know and she again sweetly and promptly responded and let me know that if I had any other needs that she would be available until 7 this evening. Needless to say, I was very impressed by her level of courtesy and responsiveness and her wonderful Speaking with Elizabeth really made my day! Many kudos! All in all I had a great experience buying a sofa at Lovesac..

Your products are beautifully made! The staff at the Corte Madera store were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. My husband and I were trying to replace a large sectional that was 20 years old. Elizabeth spent quite a few hours assisting us in this endeavor. We give her 5 stars for all the help that she gave us before and after the sale. Elizabeth follows up!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with the purchase of our new sofa. Phyllis and Nina listened to our needs, asked about our lifestyle and presented us with the perfect options for our family. Simple, easy and painless. We are big fans of Love Sac and these great women.
