It was the first time using the Customer Service/ Service center for my annual maintenance on my Tiguan. Gabe, was my point person and he was fabulous. His Customer Sevice was exceptional and he started off with a smile and a warm greeting. He walked me through the services as well as expectations, which does not happen to often. I talked to Gabe about what I needed and it was so refreshing to explain my needs. There was No, back-and-forth, or him trying to sell me on Services. He heard my needs, he validated me and then executed my vision. Now, my car is running smoothly and I have a list of things I can update for my long term happiness. At a future date. The service took a couple of hours and I was able to stay on site in the waiting room. They provided a sitting area for customer who can’t wait for the customer shuttle. They some options for snacks (through a vending machine). They also have a wide variety of options. In the for of: traditional coffee, lattes, hot chocolate and espresso’s. That’s offered from their digital coffee machine. A great pick-me-up, if you are like me and want to get things done early in the morning. The only downside to servicing any vehicle at the dealership is the exorbitantly higher cost for the labor/ Service. Now, the positive are: they will always use factory parts. Also, having your info in their system allows them to send you regular updates that are needed about your vehicle. Finally, when to do regular services so it’s not forgotten. Ultimately, I enjoyed my experience here. Have made it relatively easy and simple. I will go back for certain services, not all. But when I do, I will be working with Gabe.

The associate in charge of the car I bought was very knowledgeable, honest and walked us patiently and thoroughly through the buying process. I walked away with a car that fit me and at a very good price. Great place to visit with a nice selection of cars. I recommend.

I brought my vehicle in for service and, unfortunately, when I received it back, I noticed new scratch marks on the exterior that were not present before. The scratches are located on top of the rear spoiler on the glass and directly below the glass. This was disappointing, as I expect my vehicle to be returned in the same condition it was brought in, aside from the service performed. I hope the dealership takes greater care in handling customers’ vehicles and addresses this matter appropriately.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received on my 2005 Beetle Convertible. Jaime was great to work with and kept me informed along the way. Will definitely return to have service performed. Highly recommend!

The VW service department is the best. I came in with a complicated key problem and actually got same day service. They were honest about the possible outcomes, as I used independent locksmiths and they weren’t able to program the key The dealer programmed the key no problem though. I will always use the dealer for key/ lock problems. The guys are friendly, funny, professional and thorough.
