I visited Daly City Toyota to see the 2026 Toyota Sequoia TRD in the Wave Maker color. Unfortunately, it had been sold earlier that day, so I was a bit disappointed. However, Jian was extremely helpful and let me know they were expecting another Wave Maker Sequoia to arrive in a few months. While I was there, Jian invited me to take the Metallic Gray TRD Sequoia they had in the show room for a test drive. After driving it, I was impressed by its performance, stylish design, and spacious interior. I liked it so much that I decided to reserve the Wave Maker model with Jian. From that point on, Jian provided outstanding customer service. Even after I placed my reservation and received an estimated arrival date, he stayed in touch with regular updates on the vehicle's status. When the Sequoia arrived a few days earlier than expected, Jian immediately sent me photos and let me know it was ready. When I came in to complete the purchase, the process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. I was in and out without any pressure or unnecessary hassle. Jian made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you, Jian, for your professionalism, excellent communication, and exceptional customer service. Walked into City Toyota and was greeted by salesman and was very polite. I told him what I was looking for and wasn’t sure what color . Showed me on iPad and I ask , I need to actually look at one visibly. He said there’s one in back . We walk to back of showroom and at first I wasn’t sure about color . But after taking outside in the sun , car was very beautiful. I told him the price I wanted and wasn’t sure done within a timely manner.

Extremely simple and smooth process. Alex is the best salesman I've worked with both in my years working in the auto industry and as a customer. I originally sent an inquiry about the vehicle I wanted and he quickly got me a deal I was happy with. No games or tedious back and forth, instead straight to the point and professional. Worked the deal remotely and finished when there. Had me in and out with my new car and the exact deal we agreed to beforehand. No bait and switch, no games. It's hard to find a dealership this honest. Aida in finance was also very pleasant, patient, and overall great to work with. She went above and beyond to help me find better financing than what I came in with. Excellent presentation on service contracts and other benefits you can add on. I felt more informed than lectured like in my previous finance office experiences. Thanks to the entire team who worked on my deal. You're all very much appreciated!
