My brother and I bought a car together from this dealership last week. It was a long process for us and we spent a few months considering the best car for us across a couple different makes and models of cars. Luckily we started working with Ahmad since the first time we visited Cadillac of South San Francisco. We knew from that first visit that if we decided to go with Cadillac we would choose to go with Ahmad even though the dealership was more than an hour away from where we live. We ended up choosing to buy a CT4-V Blackwing. Throughout the process and multiple visits (5+) Ahmad was patient, knowledgeable, and you could tell he has a passion for cars. We ended up putting in a down payment on a custom build allocation. We had some unexpected problems along the way, like Cadillac deciding to stop production earlier than expected which put our allocation for our car at risk, but Ahmad, his manager, and GM were able to work there magic and save our custom build. Also, closer to the arrival date of the car there was an error/confusion on if that allocation had been claimed or was available, which led to that car almost being sold to someone else over the purchase price my brother and I verbally agreed upon. Once they realized the mistake they backed out of the other deal to keep their word/promise to us even though they could have easily sold it to the other person for more money. Overall, Ahmad was transparent, honest, and kept us up to date about the good and the bad. He even came in on his day off to finalize the transaction with us. Also, He worked with his managers and GM to make sure they did everything possible to keep there word and verbal agreement we made with them back in May 2026. That is rare in the cars sales world and I highly recommend working with Ahamd for any vehicle purchasing needs… especially blackwings! Now we are finally very proud owners of a uniquely spec’d CT4-V Blackwing!

We had an excellent experience working with Ahmad (Sales Consultant) and Rudy (Sales Mgr.) Both were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, ensuring that everything went smoothly and to make sure all promotions were applied. Ahmad deserves special recognition for his professionalism, patience, and strong follow-through in bringing both of our transactions to a successful close. The service and overall deal were so great that we ended up getting two Cadillac Lyriq. I truly appreciate their dedication and outstanding customer service—highly recommend! My brother is looking at a Lyriq as well and he'll be reaching out to Ahmad when he is ready to pull the trigger.

I had an excellent experience at Cadillac of SSF from beginning to end. I made my initial contact via a telephone call. I spoke with Mohammed who listened to my very specific request as to what I was looking for. Within 15 minutes I received a complete breakdown of everything I requested, including photos. I made an appointment and met with Mohammed that day. I have purchased and leased well more than 30 cars in my lifetime. This was, by far, the most pleasant and enjoyable dealership visit I’ve ever had. All my requests were met. I leased a Cadillac Optiq EV. My wife & I returned the following day to complete paperwork and pick up the car. Ken walked us through all the paperwork with ease. Mohammed gave us a complete run down on all the dashboard options, etc. before we left. It looked great on the showroom floor and looks even better out on the road. If you’re looking for a completely positive experience, step into Cadillac of SSF and ask for Mohammed.

Excellent experience leasing a 2026 Cadillac Optiq. Bart was great during the entire process. They were very fair and direct with us, so we were able to get the deal done quickly with the best price in the bay area. My toddler was sick and we asked them to do all the paperwork online due to the fact we had to stay home while my daughter recovered from pneumonia. The service, communication, support, and price were all 5 STAR +. This is the first time we buy a car from them and we will keep coming back to see them again when our lease ends. Bart and the entire team were outstanding from initial negotiations (quick, honest, direct), to support/delivery (online paperwork, vehicle advice, and even home delivery ! ). My advice is to please call them if you are planning to buy or lease a Cadillac in Northern California. Thank you, Marcos & Maria

I’m writing this review to make other buyers aware of my experience with South San Francisco Cadillac, especially those considering a premium vehicle. We purchased a 2021 Cadillac Escalade, and this was not a cheap used car. Because of the price point and Cadillac’s premium reputation, we expected honesty, transparency, and full disclosure. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. As first-time Escalade owners, we relied on the dealership to clearly explain what was included with the vehicle. This transaction was handled virtually, which I will never do again, but at the time I believed it would be acceptable because Cadillac is a well-known, reputable company . That made transparency and accurate representation even more important. Our purchase was handled by Marina (sales associate), and we later communicated with Atia (sales manager). Before signing paperwork, I specifically asked if there were any cosmetic concerns, and I was told no, other than a scraped area on the bumper. After taking delivery, we discovered additional cosmetic issues that were never disclosed, including: * Scratches on the window panels * Deterioration/peeling of interior trim We also discovered missing items and features that were not communicated upfront, including: * Missing navigation SD card, despite navigation being listed on the sales listing * Missing keys for the roof rack * Other missing or broken components When we asked about the missing navigation SD card, we were told it is “an option” and that if the original owner didn’t purchase it, then the vehicle simply does not have it. This response was especially frustrating because navigation was advertised in the listing, yet the required SD card was not provided. When we asked about the roof rack keys, we were told that if the previous owner did not leave them, then the dealership does not have them and provided ZERO solution. As buyers who had never owned a Cadillac Escalade before, we had no way of knowing that the roof rack requires a separate physical key that is not part of the key fob—something that was never explained during the sales process. While the dealership later offered to buff the scratches on the window panels because I reach out multiple times, these issues should have been disclosed upfront—especially after we directly asked about cosmetic concerns. As agreed, we are handling the scraped bumper paint ourselves through our own autobody shop. These are not minor details. Had these issues been disclosed, they absolutely would have affected our decision to move forward with the purchase. Discovering them only after the paperwork was signed was frustrating and disappointing. The core issue here is lack of transparency and misrepresentation. When purchasing a high-end SUV like a Cadillac Escalade—especially through a virtual transaction—buyers should not be discovering undisclosed cosmetic damage, missing components, or inconsistencies between the listing and what is delivered after the sale. I hope this review helps future buyers inspect carefully, ask very detailed questions, and ensure everything advertised is clearly documented in writing before purchasing from this dealership. Proceed with caution - I am still waiting for a solution .
