I've been a loyal Serramonte Ford customer for many years, and there's a reason I continue to trust them with every vehicle I own. From routine maintenance to repairs, their Service Department has consistently provided exceptional care, and it's honestly what has kept me coming back year after year. I want to give a special thank you to Rich in the Service Department. Rich has always treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. He's incredibly knowledgeable, always takes the time to answer my questions, and makes sure everything is handled the right way. It's rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond for their customers, and Rich does exactly that. He is a tremendous asset to Serramonte Ford, and I truly hope his leadership recognizes the outstanding job he does. When it came time to purchase another Ford Maverick - Rich referred me to Seth Banko. I didn't even consider going anywhere else. Seth in the Sales Department made the entire experience unbelievably easy. After sending me photos and answering all of my questions I was able to purchase my brand new 2026 Ford Maverick without ever leaving the comfort of my home. Seth guided me through every step of the process, kept me informed, answered every question promptly, and made what is usually a stressful experience feel effortless—almost too easy! Within just a few hours, my new truck was delivered right to my doorstep. They made the long trip there and back worth every minute. Leo is the absolute best. From the very start when I was just simply inquiring, he made it seem as though this was a for sure thing. Even when I doubted it myself. But not only did he make it happen, but made it happen with the vehicle I wanted originally and at a price point I could afford with absolute fair trade in value even when I started back peddling like “I’ll be ok with a base model if it’ll make it easier to get approved”…he stuck to it with confidence and got me that top shelf grade A ST model with only 200 miles on the dash. AND a full tank of gas! Y’all know how valuable that is these days. And after the sale, it wasn’t a wham bam thank you man then be done wit’em type thing. He stuck with me to ensure I knew everything there was to know that he could remember to show so we both knew I was going to be able to use this amazing vehicle to the best of it’s potential. The test drive to try out the Blue Cruise feature, he handled that for me cause I wasn’t quite ready to try it myself just yet. It’s next level tech that haven’t got I tuned to just yet. Amazing feature though, by the way. But yes, this is my second vehicle purchase from them, they do good business here. I highly recommend them and I will forever be a fan and customer for all vehicle purchases moving forward. So if you’re looking to get you something, before you try anyone else, and before you let self doubt set in, give Them a try first. They are 2 for 2 with me, and if they can get ME something like how they did, why not you? Get’chu sum. Go see about’em. Can’t go wrong. Thanks again y’all. I just bought my DREAM car and I can honestly say this was the BEST car-buying experience I’ve ever had! And trust me — this isn’t my first rodeo. This is the fifth car I’ve owned, and by far the smoothest, most enjoyable experience yet. The dealership was over an hour away from my house, but every single mile was worth it. From the moment I walked in, to the test drive, to signing the paperwork, the entire process was easy, exciting, and stress-free. Test driving with Michaela was truly such a delight — we instantly connected, and she made the entire experience feel comfortable and exciting. Oday helped me run numbers, and his fun personality kept the energy up and made the process feel exciting instead of overwhelming. Hamza helped me in the finance department, and I truly felt like he cared about what I was buying rather than just trying to sell me anything. He thoroughly walked me through all the paperwork, answered every question patiently, and explained everything so clearly. He also worked with me on additional coverage options to make sure I felt confident that I was getting the best deal possible. You can truly tell this dealership is run by good people who actually care about their customers — and I don’t say that lightly. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they made the entire experience feel seamless and fun from start to finish. The free valet service made it so easy to make my car maintenance appointment. Mo texted me and checked in before and after my scheduled maintenance making the whole process so organized and I truly felt like I was being taken care of as an actual customer and not just a number. First off let me say that Kenape was a pleasure to do business with. Definitely more than 5 stars. He was very friendly, respectful and kind. He was timely and accurate in his responses to my Raptor inquiry. Serramonte Ford gave me a great deal on the vehicle I purchased. Thank you very much, I have wanted a Raptor for 10 years.
