Brought our mountain ebike in for repair today and Dan fixed it on the spot very quickly. He was very nice about the repair and left us feeling good about the experience. I have been going to Camas bikes for many years and they still are a reliable knowledgeable bike shop worthy of your patronage. 5 Stars

Very disappointing customer service. I came in on a Saturday looking for help finding a bike seat for my wife because she isn’t comfortable with her current setup. I expected some basic guidance and recommendations, but the employee (an older gentlemen with his hair in a bun) didn’t seem interested in helping. I had to repeatedly ask questions, and instead of coming over to assist us, he continued looking at his computer. We also asked for help with helmet sizing and what options they had available. His response was simply that the helmets on the wall were all they had. There was no attempt to help us find the right fit, explain the options, or offer an alternative. I understand if a store doesn’t have what you’re looking for, but I expect the staff to at least make an effort to help. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience here. I would recommend taking your business somewhere else if you’re looking for knowledgeable staff and actual customer service.

As an avid cyclist and promoter of small businesses, I’m very sad to report this place is terrible. I came in needing a quick derailleur adjustment. There was no offer of, “let me put it up on the rack and get you on the road.” Instead, it was five days later and $53! This is where I make a plug for Trek bikes in Beaverton, OR. Anytime I’ve gone in there on any of my bikes, including ones not purchased at Trek, they get you on your way and don’t charge for some quick support, beyond any parts. Based on the terrible service here, don’t bother stopping in on a ride for support. Don’t bother buying a bike here because the lack of customer service is pretty indicative of the quality of service you’d receive on your bike.

I’m kind of baffled by the experience we just had here. I walked in with my daughter and 11 month old and told the guy at the front desk we wanted to get a helmet and strider type bike for my son. He pointed to the helmets and said to try them on and then pointed to a bike by the front door on display and then he walked away. There were two toddler helmets, no infant ones that I could see. We tried them both on and tried to adjust them ourselves while the employees walked by repeatedly, but offered no guidance or help. We then checked out the bike the employee pointed out (way too big for our little guy) but saw a strider on a rocker on the other side of the store. I went over and tried to get it down to try it out, but felt weird taking it off the rack and by that point everyone had gone in back. We stood around for a few minutes waiting, peeked around the corner to ask for help, but finally just left. We really just wanted to buy or order exactly what they had and a helmet. Shopping locally is important to us as we too have a business up the street and we were so excited to get a first bike for our son for his birthday. I was extremely turned off by the lack of help and care or explanation for the dismissive attitude (shit happens, and I’m happy to wait or come back if it’s not a good time). I guess I could have asked for help again, but was the only customer in the store and thought I was pretty clear about what we wanted 🤷🏻‍♀️

This place is a scam of a bike shop. Two friends of mine in less than a month have brought their bikes in for a specific issue to be resolved and both times neither were fixed. First friend’s bike actually came back with a flat along with the initial issue still present. Second friend went in for a minor brake adjustment, which also was not resolved despite being charged. Took me 5 seconds to look at it and see the issue. Another 2 minutes to fix it. Save your money and support a better shop
