Brought our rv in for tire inflation check, the tech Eric learned the valve stems on the dually portion of the rv were failing. Instead of sending us on our way, he decided to to fix it properly. Bless this fella, we really appreciate the over and above effort, great job Eric, way to raise the bar ,and make our experience the best. Happy 4th of july

Came in with an appointment for a leaky tire. Left over an hour later with no repair, no paperwork, and no interest in ever coming back. Partway through, a team member called me over to show me the damaged tire, then quoted $1,700 for tires by Wednesday or $1,900 to get them today. When I said thanks, please put my tire back on so I can consider my options, I was told they couldn’t — “safety concern.” I calmly repeated that I needed my tire put back on my car. He said he’d have to talk to his manager. Fifteen minutes later I got my keys. Then I asked for the estimate sheets he’d just shown me, so I could price-shop. He said he threw them away. Declining a $1,900 sale should not mean waiting on a manager’s permission to get your own vehicle back, and it definitely shouldn’t mean the paperwork disappears. That’s not safety — that’s pressure. I won’t be back.

We took the trailer in for a safety check and bearing repack. They took care of us quickly, efficiently and took the extra care to make sure our next road trip with the boat would be safe! Thank you for taking good care of our trailer! -

Star Review – Les Schwab Tire Centers (Washougal / Camas, WA) Unhappy Customer – 3 Vehicles LostI’ve trusted Les Schwab with three vehicles over the years — full tire sets, rarely using the warranty. This time, I bought two new front tires for winter and explicitly requested the rear tires (under warranty) be balanced or at least checked due to a known rim issue causing vibration.I repeated my request three times at the service desk — to the same employee who was both counter staff and technician. I watched from inside and outside (and got attitude for it). He even came to check on me mid-service, then mounted the tires without balancing. When I asked if the rear tires had been balanced, he (still wearing both hats) said: “The weights are still in place.” That’s completely irrelevant — after 30,000 miles, rebalancing is standard even if old weights remain. I explicitly asked three times for balancing/checking. He knew or should have known exactly what I meant. Instead, he ignored it.His “solution”? “If there’s a problem, come back — there’s a 5½-hour wait.” No apology. No accountability. Just dismissal from the same person who took my order, worked on my car, and lied about the service. This isn’t confusion — it’s one employee failing at every step: communication, execution, and honesty. After years of loyalty, all three of my vehicles are done with Les Schwab.Avoid this location if you expect one person to listen, follow instructions, or stand behind a warranty.Signed, Unhappy (3-time Les Schwab customer, now former)

Spent over $1000 for 4 trailer tires. When picking up the trailer, the tires and wheels were not clean of the liquid material they use to put on the tire and the wheels. Customer service has definitely went down at this Les Schwab
