They purposely gave me the wrong number to customer service so I couldn’t make a complaint I didn’t receive a receipt so i wasn’t aware of the no return policy i tried to get the right size and I had the transaction on my phone they said no so I leave it alone and go look for the right size since it was only $28 I was just gonna buy another pair the manger with a scoop of hair named Tavi followed me around the store like I was gonna steal something mind you I had no bag just a open shoe box very unprofessional as a supposed store manager like she said she was I would love to hear from her district manager about The incident that happened and about how the supposed store manager handled it she even had A bunch of her employees at the front door to make sure that I don’t runoff even though I’m in line waiting to pay Pay for shoes Just very weird and unprofessional The store looks a mess. They should’ve had people re-put the shirts on the rack and pick up the shoes on the floor. Tavi if that really is her name is literally the worst decision you could of made to put in the manger position she needs to be retrained or fired

Sales staff (Sam, Eleah) provided excellent and knowledgeable help over a long distance call, and found me the exact shoe I needed, to be purchased locally by my son. I can't praise them enough for their excellent service. AND if that was not praise enough, the price was about HALF of what I was expecting. This is why I am a return customer. Thank you so much.

I come here often whenever I’m in the mall and always have an A+ experience. Today I was helped by at least three employees who went out of their way to find socks, shin guards and soccer balls. The cashier was super friendly and everyone greets you with a smile. It was a really nice shopping experience and worth leaving a review. Thanks
