Products and price were good; however, the associate said I had a warranty on the coat I purchased and asked for my email. She assured me I wouldn't get promotional emails. I have several and no mention of a warranty. She clearly lied.

Super friendly staff who are also very helpful. Great deals on great clothing and outdoor gear! Generally good supply of all sizes in most items.

Glecy, Kylie, Maria, & Mya: always go out of their way to help me. I walk almost daily at the Outlet Mall-Auburn , Wa. I shop at the Columbia Outlet location & at the Columbia.com web site. I’m a “Titanium” rated Columbia and love the clothing-very functional and classic. Thanks Klecy and all the folks at the Columbia Outlet Store in Auburn, Wa.

Great deals clean store. But being told you loose a dollar if you loose a receipt is a policy that loses you stars. Just to force your rewards.
