I had one of those stressful mornings today — woke up to a completely flat tire after just putting air in it the night before. Thankfully, AAA came out and helped me get my spare on so I could make it over to Morales Tire and Electrical in Yucaipa. I’ve been coming here for years, and today was another reminder of why. The employee who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to find a close match for my tire and got me taken care of quickly so I could still make it to work. It’s not just about fixing cars here — it’s about the way they treat people. When you’re already having a rough start to your day, that kind of service really matters. Grateful for a team that consistently shows up with integrity and care. Highly recommend Morales Tire and Electrical to anyone who wants honest, reliable service.

Came in for an alignment. They removed clamps for the steering rack boots on both sides and didn’t bother putting them back in place. . I had to go under the car to find this out. I also had them do a wheel balance and I took the wheels off to find out that they didn’t even remove the old weights. They just kept the old ones on so I don’t even know if they even bothered. Also, they didn’t torque my wheels down! I was able to loosen the lug nuts with my fingers! I drove home 30 minutes away and luckily didn’t have an accident. This is such a rookie mistake! Are you kidding me??? If you care about your safety I would choose another mechanic. These guys seemed to not care too much about doing their job correctly.

Gave a price over the phone for some tires and when I got there and they installed them they gave me another price way different but it was too late I do not recommend this place

Literally every other tire shop from yucaipa to calimesa could not get it done in a timely matter or did not have the proper tools... Not only got it done but charged cheaper and no wait. Thank you Edgard!
