I can't recommend Fast Lube & Tune enough! I was driving from Downtown LA to Phoenix with my car packed for a road trip when my tire pressure warning suddenly said one of my tires was at 0 PSI. I was pretty stressed, so I called to see if they could take a quick look. They told me to come right over. As soon as I pulled up, a technician came straight out to check my tires, even though they were busy. He had everything checked within a minute, reassured me that my tires were fine, and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me, didn't make me wait in line or schedule an appointment—they just helped because they could. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and the peace of mind they gave me before a six-hour drive was priceless. Thank you so much for your kindness and excellent service!!!

The service was excellent! Very fast and efficient. I was able to pull right up, stay in the vehicle while they removed the drain plug and filter, then open the hood for the oil fill into the engine block. All told, took about 20 min, and they even showed me how to step thru the dash menus to reset the maintenance interval. The employees were pleasant, jovial, and just a pleasure to do bigness with!

This is my usual spot for oil change. Fast and friend so the 2 star is actually a 5 star rating for oil change and fast service and friendliness. I am only giving it a 2 star because I got my breaks change here and within a year my steering wheel started shaking again and I was told we can use the warranty to replace the less than a year old Breaks that was just placed. Now going on year 2 with the new breaks and there is already noises that the breaks need to be replace again. I work from home and hardly drive; I feel like they never changed my breaks and made an excuse to use my warranty for a new one. I will definitely look elsewhere when replacing breaks.

The technician seemed friendly enough, but when he made a mistake and installed a generic Fast Lube N Tune oil filter and refilled the oil instead of remembering to install the high quality aftermarket filter I gave him to install, then lied and instead said that the aftermarket filter had the wrong threads (both the removed old filter and the new aftermarket filter have 3/4 Inch-16 UNF threads). And after I called him out on the fact that the threads were the same, instead of admitting his mistake, he embellished his lie further and said that he had charged the aftermarket filter with oil and tried it, and it didn't fit. So I checked the aftermarket filter and it was completely dry. I don't mind a mistake being made, but I will NOT be LIED TO and continue business here. It's really too bad, because I had planned to bring both my cars in for their 120,000 mile scheduled maintenance, which would likely have brought several hundred dollars in for them, but... Not now!!

Tony and Reggie helpful and had amazing customer service, the service was quick and they did a fantastic job making sure my car was safe to drive and all the fluid levels were good.
