Steven, our salesman, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I was at work and didn’t want to waste anyone’s time if the deal wasn’t going to work out. He and his sales manager were able to go over everything with me through phone and text, which I truly appreciated. I’ve purchased many cars over the years, and being able to handle most of the process from home was exceptional. Steven went above and beyond—he walked me through the vehicle’s features and made sure I was fully set up with GMC. Many salespeople don’t take that extra step anymore, so thank you, Steven, for your time and dedication. I also want to recognize the finance department. Megan made our experience just as enjoyable. We originally had a different finance company, and I mentioned I was hoping to go through GMC instead. She called the next morning to let us know she was able to switch us to GMC financing and secure a lower interest rate. That meant so much—thank you, Megan! Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I had an amazing experience at Diamond Chevrolet GMC in Banning. From the moment I walked in, the whole team made the process smooth, easy, and honestly… pretty fun. Tamara, the sales rep who helped me, took great care of me from start to finish. She was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. She really listened to what I was looking for and helped make the deal happen. Ricky, the sales manager, stepped in and made sure everything worked out on the numbers side. He was straightforward, respectful, and made the process feel fair and transparent. And Sam, the finance manager, handled all the paperwork and made the signing process quick and painless. Anyone who has bought a vehicle knows that part can sometimes drag on, but he explained everything clearly and made it super easy. Overall, the entire team treated me really well. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be stressful, but these guys made it a great experience. I left with a truck I love and zero regrets. I can honestly say I think I’ve found my home dealership. I came to Tammara at the very last minute and she played a huge part in making it possible for me to drive away in a new 2026 Chevy Trax today! This dealership has such an awesome team that cares and takes care of you. They made the process so easy to go through.
