This is the 3rd time horrible service. I spent over 2 thousand dollars on my previous visit and I come in today sitting in their patient chair for over 30 minutes; then they tell me I MUST reschedule because other people are getting more expensive work done. Since my cleaning today was only $45. They are horrible, money chasing. When I spend the 2 thousand dollars they were nice and took my money fast. I’ve never had such a horrible experience as I did today. They even still charged me for the X ray even though they made me wait so long and asked me to reschedule.

Absolutely terrible experience. I had an appointment scheduled and still waited over 40 minutes with no updates from the staff. When I finally asked what was going on, they casually told me I would need to wait another 20 minutes. What is the point of making an appointment if they don’t respect your time at all? On top of that, the front office staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, they acted annoyed that I even asked. The whole place felt disorganized and disrespectful to patients. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for professional or courteous service.

I took time off work to visit Bright Dental in Norwalk .i was kept waiting for nearly an hour and a half to not do a service . They did take me back for X-rays which seemed mainly to process a charge through my insurance but when it came time to actually perform the procedure I was booked for, I was told they simply didn't have enough time left and that I would need to come back another day. The excuse was that the doctor had gotten backed up. While I understand that dental offices run late occasionally, keeping a patient waiting for 90 minutes only to postpone the core treatment is completely unacceptable. If they knew their schedule was full, they should have called me ahead of time to reschedule. This clinic does not know how to manage their time effectively, and the entire experience was extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning.

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. S’s office. From the moment I walked in, the environment was incredibly clean and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. A huge thank you to Patty, Lilly, Erika, and Daisy they were all so attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. Dr. S is thorough and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly. It is rare to find a team that works so well together to provide such high-quality care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Siman and the hygienist, Young, helped me with my pain. I was very frightened that it was going to be tooth/infection related but it turns out that it was gum related. Both were real thorough. I expressed to Young that my gum pain felt imbeded under my crown, and I feel the need to rip my whole tooth out to scrape some relief. To my surprise, they're wasn't anything stuck. The feeling of the cleaning tool and the cooling liquid where my pain was located felt wonderful. I felt some relief walking out of the office. I am hoping that this will permanently get rid of it. I want to give a special thanks to James Chavez for recommending this office. I was desperate to be seen by a dentist but not ANY DENTIST. I'd trust to come back here again. Thank you everyone.
