Just purchased a new Sequoia from National City Toyota Beautiful, beautiful vehicle I dealt with Edgar very very professional and had everything in order for me was very polite to my kids and made us feel very welcome. He is awesome. I would definitely recommend talking to him. The only thing I was upset with was the day before that we had gone down there looking for the Highlander and spoke to Abraham. He said there was nothing on site at Toyota and they were hard to get I really wasn’t thrilled with getting a Highlander and I thanked him and I said OK so as we were going back to my vehicle, I saw the Sequoia, but by that time it was too late they were closing, and I didn’t have a chance to look at it so I called the next day and asked for Abraham because I didn’t know anyone else that was working there. They said he was off the gentleman named Jonathan answered the phone. He said I can give you someone else that will help you and that’s when I met Edgar. My whole thing is which I didn’t know on the paperwork. It had Abraham‘s name on it which he was not even there to do anything and Jonathan I’m sure he may get a cut in the sales too, but all he did was text me and asked me what time I was coming in. The only person that I met that day and dealt with was Edgar. My whole feeling is and nothing has changed from since a long time ago that whoever deals with the customer should be the one that gets the credit. Jonathan never even came out and introduced himself to me or let me know who he is so I have no idea who he is but rewards and credit should go to the people that you go through with the paperwork that’s exactly how I feel and I think Edgar should take full credit for this sale. I asked him and he said we all worked together and I said no that’s not how it should be it should be that you are the one that gets the credit for this and he said no it’s OK but I said I’m gonna write a review and this needs to be changed because people that don’t do anything for the customer should not get a piece of the pie, but anyways I wanna thank you Edgar. I really appreciate your time and your patience and making this transaction. Wonderful you deserve A+ plus plus I would highly recommend you to everyone

Have had two great experiences with this dealer and each time have felt treated like family. Jonny and Manny helped me most recently and were easy to get along with, talk with and made the process as simple as possible. Jonny set up everything I needed beforehand once I told him what I wanted and made it simple for me to walk in to the dealer and walk out with my car two hours later. Manny made the financial part smooth and relaxed. Lastly Marco has been a great leader at dealership both times I’ve been. They’ve all made me a customer for the future, thank you Dalton family.
