If you are looking for the gold standard of car dealerships, look no further than Dalton Subaru in National City. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and actually enjoyable. Effortless Experience Right from the beginning, I was impressed by how user-friendly the appointment-making process was. It was straightforward and stress-free, which set the tone for the entire visit. Exceptional Service A massive thank you to Catherine T., who assisted me during my visit. She was absolutely the nicest and most helpful person to work with. She truly went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and that all my needs were met. The entire staff is genuinely kind and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Amenities & Atmosphere The dealership itself is spotless and clearly well-maintained. While waiting, they provide water and coffee, which is a lovely touch. However, the standout feature for me was how dog-friendly they are. They even have the cutest little dog park right at the dealership! It’s rare to find a place that considers your four-legged companions so thoughtfully. Verdict This is, hands down, the best Subaru dealership in America. If you want to be treated like a person (and have your dog treated like royalty), go see the team at Dalton Subaru.

By far the best experience at a dealership. I have bought many cars with pushy salesman and annoying finance people this was the opposite. All I know is Kourush can get it done so don't worry. If something seems off just ask for Koo he will set it straight. Top notch!!!

Has a very pleasant experience purchasing a new Forester as a surprise for my wife. Jonathan Frias was an outstanding representative for Dalton Subaru and was great to deal with. He was very informative and made sure to thoroughly explain the vehicles working and options available. The purchase was very smooth Moses in finance took care of the paperwork and went through all the paperwork that was to be signed and was very thorough in explaining each and every document that was signed. My wife loves her new Forester and was pleasantly surprised when she saw it in our driveway. A special thanks to Jonathan Frias and all the staff at the dealership, you made this new customer very happy. Thanks again.

Brian in the Maintenance Department was absolutely the best person I could have hoped to work with. From start to finish, he was proactive, communicative, and incredibly helpful. He consistently followed up, provided clear details about the issues with the vehicle, set expectations on timing for its return, and was transparent about estimated costs throughout the process. What stood out most was how easy he made a challenging situation. It’s not always just the product or the dealership that creates a great experience, it’s the people. Brian is exactly the kind of person who makes Dalton special. I highly recommend both Brian and the dealership. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be a fantastic one thanks to his professionalism, communication, and genuine care.
