Wayne and Eric were polite and informative. My truck wouldn’t start on a weekend evening. Called the shop & they graciously called and sent a tow to come get me. They had it fixed within 48 hours. The price was unbelievably low. They made my experience enjoyable

I had a great experience with La Mesa Automotive-N-Alignment. The team was professional, honest, and got the job done quickly without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. You can tell they take pride in their work and actually care about their customers. Pricing was fair and the turnaround time was faster than expected. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family. 5 stars all the way!

I just purchased a Dodge Ram 1500. Was referred to La Mesa Automotive by a tire chain. I wasn't disappointed. I prefer small shops rather than dealers when referred. More heart and honesty and skin in the game. This is a great shop. Invoiced as estimated and on time, and quality shop, quality staff. Highly recommend. It's not easy finding competent fairly priced shops but this one is A plus. Won't be disappointed. Thank you guys! I'll send any business your way Allen S.

My highest recommendation for automotive service. Had a car dropped off on a flat bed after engine temp warning. They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and came in early and under estimate. All the while keeping me informed. Great service and quality work. This is the 5 th vehicle they have serviced for me and won’t be the last. Update: Car had bad vibration and loss of power (felt like transmission slippage). They diagnosed the issue and called me. Honest and upfront. We didn’t need a transmission, our fix was MUCH more affordable!! Thanks again guys!! I am sure we will be back!
