Today I had a terrible experience with car wash. Usually I washed my car in keddy (which is very much recommended and good and cheaper like 10 bucks) I was in rush and my cars front glass was dirty , I was there for refill the fuel tank and thought lets do the car wash ( which I have to pay $ 16.99 ) Oh! My God its actually waste of money and time, there is no one to tell you when to stop how to operate, the man on the gas station was not helpful. I went to the car wash, I get out and my car was had soap on in it not washed even properly; I talk with the gas station person; he said you have to wipe by yourself, and he handed over to me a dirty used towel and saying coz you chosen ultimate wash that’s why I m giving you towel to wipe it by yourself; otherwise I will not😅😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣.. omggg literally I was amazed by there car wash, I didn’t see minus star ,otherwise I will give -100🫠

Please don’t waste your money on the Shell car wash membership. I’m going to cancel mine because this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here. Today I waited 30 minutes for an employee named Mauricio, and all he said was, “I have to ask my manager.” I have a membership, but every time I come, it’s the same poor service. Very frustrating and not worth it.

Today I experienced an extremely dangerous and unacceptable incident at this gas station. While fueling, the pump failed to shut off when my tank was full and continued to spew gasoline like a fountain. Fuel violently overflowed onto my vehicle, the pavement, and nearby pedestrians. The strong smell of gasoline persisted in my car overnight. This was a severe public-safety hazard as it imposed a potential fire or explosion waiting to happen, and could have caused catastrophic injury or property damage. Even worse, staff offered no meaningful assistance. All I was given was a single basket of water to try to rinse gasoline off my car. They refused to help clean up the spill, refused to decontaminate my vehicle, and refused to provide any refund or compensation. This level of negligence and indifference is unacceptable. I demand immediate action: remove the faulty pump from service, conduct a full safety inspection, retrain staff on emergency response, thoroughly clean and decontaminate the affected areas and vehicles, and provide a full refund plus compensation for cleanup and any damages caused.

Terrible experience getting ripped off for a terrible car wash. When I attempted to rectify the issue the attendant engaged in a passive aggressive gaslighting attack to attempt to make it my fault to monitor their machines. The female attendant then ganged up on me as well. The game is to cheat you for an over priced car wash that leaves your car dirty and deny and defend to make it your fault. On top of it, the attendant started using profanity as well. What a horrible experience. I used to frequent this location but never again. Total rip off and horrible staff. Wow.

Usual expensive gas which is not super bad but the carwash was terrible. Left soap in the car and many water spots. The air dry timer also said 45 seconds when it suddenly turned off. Looks at pics of car with foam on it.
