It's great place to have gas and groceries with lots of promotion offer. Buy get one free and buy 2 get 1 free offers are also the great things do we get. Another good matter is if you pay you will earn points like $1 =4 points and can be converted in different others service offer by the company. It's amazing.

I never write reviews but after my experince tonight, I must. I guess i had parked too close to the store, cus one of the staff came out screamin at me. I didnt understand a word he said cus of his broken english. I went inside and asked what he was yelling bout. Again i couldnt understand a single word but from his hand gestures i think he didnt like me parking to close. There was a curb and he was able to fully open the door to step outside and yell at me so obviously i wasnt that close. I was trying to buy cigarettes, when the cashier asked me fo my id. Im in my mid 40's and they have never asked me for id before. And he asked for my phone number. Id is enough verification, who the hell asks for a phone number. I think he was just tryin to get as much information about me as he could. Normally i would never go back to a store like that but im so pissed that im gonna go there frequently now just give them s...

This Shell gas station is engaging in illegal behavior. I had a tire with low gas pressure and asked them for free air, but the cashier I spoke to at this gas station said he didn't have a button and instead asked me to pay for it myself on the machine. By California's Section 13651, they are bound by law to provide air and water when asked for. I hope a regulator for the State of California takes away this gas station's license to operate, until they fix this illegal behavior.

I went there due to lower price compare to surrounding gas stations. The lower prices were for cash and they included all type of gas and not just regular grade gas and diesel. The main reason I went there since my car uses premium grade gas. I paid cash for it and had to wait 5 min due to the cashier taking out reports, which is understandable. However the amount of gas I'd filled in my car was lower than what I paid, and when I went in to get the extra money, I was short changed. It was not a mistake since the amount I was short changed was not similar to what was returned. After getting on the highway I realized that my gas tank was emptying out at alarmingly higher rate. I checked to make sure that I don't have leak which I didn't. Only conclusion I could think of was the quality of gas was lower than what it should be. I won't visit this station again. I would advice others to beware of the situation. I might be over reacting, but I would still stay away from here.

I was told my card didn't go through (2 different cards), to then find out my cards did go though (payments approved) but it's the pump station that apparently doesn't work or something. I had to call my bank and they are disputing the charges. The merchant did not want to give me their name (happened on 6/8/2022 3:22 PM). The merchant did not let me talk to a manager and did not want to give me any written proof that i wouldn't be charged three times (which was exactly what ended up happening). I'm wasting my personal time now to resolve these disputes with my bank. I'll never go to a Shell again if I can avoid it.
