Hello dear readers, I recently bought my Passport SUV at Metro Honda and truly had a great experience. I usually enjoy buying a car, primarily because I dread dealing with salesman and pushy staff. However, my Sales person Luis, made the whole process and experience stress free. Him and his team were very friendly, not pushy at all, and overall very professional. Ivan was quite helpful and very nice. He sold us a Pilot Trailsport used. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Would for sure buy again from him in the future. Glad we came. It’s a stressful process buying a car. The negotiations made sense and were fluid. No surprises and full transparency. He was quick too. If we didn’t know something he knew everything. He taught us a lot. Got to drive up to arrowhead right after and had an amazing drive. Best decision I ever made when buying a car working with Ivan.

I can honestly say that Kareem at Metro Honda provided the absolute best customer service I have ever received. His professionalism, honesty, intelligence, and genuine concern for his customers are truly unmatched. Kareem took the time to personally show me the problems with my car, explain everything clearly, and help me understand which repairs needed to be handled first. He never pressured me or tried to sell me unnecessary services. Instead, he gave me honest recommendations based on what was truly best for me and my vehicle. What impressed me most was his ability to understand the financial and personal difficulties customers may be going through. He did everything within his power to help, solve problems, and find outstanding solutions. Kareem is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, and dedicated. I recently got into an accident which resulted in my previous car being a total loss.i had been worrying about how I’m going to get to work because I didn’t have a car. My supporters and I arrived at Metro Honda in Montclair to look for a car similar to what I had before. Thankful for John who helped us find the car I was looking for. I’m super happy with my purchase of financing a 2027 Honda hrv. It definitely is an upgrade to what I had before and my favorite car so far. John was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had.
