I had an amazing experience at Midas thanks to Jonathan! I came in with a flat tire and was honestly expecting to wait a long time, but Jonathan took care of everything so quickly and professionally that I was back on the road in just 10 minutes. I’ve honestly never seen service this fast anywhere else. Jonathan was incredibly helpful, super friendly, and made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about customers and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tires or auto service. Their prices pleasantly surprised me too—very fair and affordable. If you go there, ask for Jonathan. You won’t be disappointed!

I had an amazing experience at this Midas--especially thanks to Eric! The service was quick, easy and completely hassle-free. Eric was extremely helpful, professional and made sure everything was taken care of before I left! If youre looking for a place to go where you feel the team is reliable--this is it! Id definetly recommend this Midas location. They have a repeat customer in me!

I had an outstanding experience at Midas in Diamond Bar! Dave and the entire team took great care of me from start to finish. They replaced my brakes, turned my rotors, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. A special thank you to Eric, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and professional. The time flew by because the team kept checking in on me and the other customers, making sure everyone was comfortable and informed throughout the visit. That level of customer service really stood out. Because of the excellent experience, I’ll be moving all of my automotive business here and bringing my other two cars to Midas as well. Dave and Eric, thank you for the outstanding service. You and your team are what make Midas a great place to do business. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (6/5 Stars) If I could give Eric six stars, I absolutely would. He went above and beyond from start to finish, making sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. It’s rare to find a manager who is this knowledgeable, honest, and customer-focused. Eric’s attention to detail and commitment to excellent service really stood out. Thanks to his leadership, the entire team delivered outstanding work, and I left feeling confident that everything was done right. I took my vehicle to this Midas service center not knowing what the issue was, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions without ever making me feel dismissed, and made sure I understood what needed to be replaced and why. The pricing was fair and cost efficient, and the service was honest and professional. I truly appreciate the transparency and care they provided. Highly recommend!
