Honest, Reliable, and Truly Caring Service! We had a small leak in one of the tires on our Cybertruck and stopped by several other places first — all of them told us we needed to replace all four tires, even though they weren’t worn out. Thankfully, we found Honest-1 Auto Care in Diamond Bar! True to their name, the team at Honest-1 quickly identified the issue and fixed the leak without pushing unnecessary services or upsells. They were professional, straightforward, and genuinely had our best interest in mind. It’s rare to find an auto shop these days that actually lives up to the word “honest,” but this place absolutely does. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for trustworthy and knowledgeable service. We’ll definitely be back if we need anything in the future!

Harry Sr. And Harry Jr. Are really polite and friendly. They have excellent customer service. They are honest and really inexpensive. Today was my second time taking one of my cars there. Thank you both! :)

Honest 1 in Diamond Bar is great. Able to service my car the same day or ready the next day if they’re busy. Harry and the staff are professional and courteous. Prices are cheaper than any dealership and competitive to other auto shops. I use to get my 2008 Accord and 2012 BMW 3 series serviced there. Now I get my 2016 KIA Sedona and 2018 BMW 4 series serviced there and they always do a great job.

Great mechanics! Very professional and knowledgeable. I was so happy my car was repaired on same day and I had major repair work done and they were able to do it all in one day. Harry Sr. Was so pleasant! He explained in detail what was needed for my car. I'm very satisfied. My car runs like new again though it is 18 yrs old. I have recommended Honest 1 to my family and friends. First time visit but will not be the last time. Thank you Harry Sr. and thank you Honest 1 Auto Care😊

Took my Honda CRV for a simple oil change around 11am. I was told it might take a few hours since they were a little busy and they would call when they were done. I walked a little ways home and waited. I figured maybe they forgot to call or left a mesage that i missed. I Ubered to the shop about 10 minutes to closing and asked about my vehicle. The guy behind the counter could not find my keys at first and after a searh found them with my paperwork..They had not done my vehicle and were closing. I took my keys and left. I wasted an entire day for a oil change. Would not recommend this auto shop
