This is the place to get you teeth done everyone was so helpful and took there time with me. And they went out of there way and made me feel comfortable and relaxed they help me pick the best financial plan. Very grateful for there help. Also great customer service and I will name them all Kenia the manager super sweet and gracious Minnie she is at the front desk super sweet smiling at you and makes feel not rushed. Alyssa t.c, Andrew and Dr. Sarina Nala. Super sweet and went way and beyond they helped me relaxed and they made sure take their time. I told them I was afraid of needles and they made me comfortable and that is the best orthodontist I will continue to be a patient there. All the dentist people are great and amazing and definitely helps you relax by telling stories and making you laugh. Thank you all of you.

Ms. Natalie and doctor Chae have been nothing but helpful and polite and incredibly patient with me. They are both excellent hires and I hope they get treated with the same respect and kindness they have shown. As well as all the other employees as well this establishment in specific is run by very good people and I hope they continue to stay in business to hopefully take my own kids there one day as well. I appreciate them all so much.

It's been my pleasure to have such a professional and young Dr Chae I will recommend everybody here and I can't not forget the staff so professional and attentive I love them I will not go to any other location thank you Dr Chae and team!!

I was convinced to make an appointment with them back in mid February However , I did my appt showed up and they got all my information and they sat me down supposedly I was going to get my teeth cleaning done because that was my main concern for looking for a dentist near by me . I was literally there for almost 1hr and a half Just for them to tell me they have to wait on an authorization from my medical Okay cool I wasn’t trippen , they told me they’d give a call once they received an approval Mind you it was the last week of February March passed and not once did I receive a courtesy call at least saying hey sorry for the inconvenience but we are still waiting on an approval . April 6th I receive a call finally ! right ? They called said the application got approved , and if I’d like to make an appointment I told them sure but I am upset because not once did I get a call , and I did mentioned that I never ever ever had to wait over a month just for an approval and she said “ we’ll I mean you do have medical “ with an attitude. Like girl what does having medical have to do with it ? Like if there isn’t thousands of people who receive medical ? Sorry i guess they just want cash here 😅 I’ve gone to many dentals and never had to wait over a month. I should’ve gotten that red flag when I seen other people walking in that were wondering as well if medical covered them as well and they kept automatically saying that most likely it won’t cover what they needed done. Like you guys haven’t even ran is information yet . Her attitude was nasty & very unprofessional. Once I told her I wasn’t planning to schedule an appointment she changed her tone and tried to be all nice like yeah no thank you I rather keep driving to San Pedro, CA rather then coming to a location in which the staff doesn’t give any good customer service .
