I haven’t taken a class yet, but I had such a great experience speaking with Colette. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and very informative. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable and excited to try a class soon. If the studio experience reflects her energy, I know it’ll be amazing. I've been going to Mighty Pilates in Lafayette for about a year and have never had less than a great experience. The vibe is great -- bright, clean studio, friendly staff, and in general, has an approachable feel. The classes are consistent, meaning they cover the same general ground, but with differences across instructors which lets you get more variety throughout the week. The workout itself has been the only exercise I truly enjoy (versus just tolerate!) and has greatly helped my upper back pain that's plagued me for decades of computer work. Overall, Mighty is a gem!

Haven’t taken a class yet, but I had a really positive first impression of Mighty Pilates. Colette was so sweet, helpful, and informative when I spoke with her. Great new pilates studio in downtown Lafayette! The classes are challenging and the instructors are awesome. I’ve been to several pilates studios in the Bay and this is definitely my favorite.

LOCAL RAVE: I have walked by Mighty Pilates more than a hundred times and it has always felt very daunting, especially when seeing all the complex-looking equipment and contraptions! Fortunately I had a friend encourage me, and so I signed up for Lori's group class (Registration was online and a breeze). From beginning to end my experience was incredible, Lori was so knowledgeable & able to communicate very effectively and I found myself isolating muscles during stretches & strengthening that I didn’t think I had any control over. The studio is beautiful, gorgeous decor and a chill friendly vibe. Afterwards I felt energized and my body felt so much more at ease. I already booked my next session :) If you are looking for something new that can whip you into shape, make you stronger - Try Mighty Pilates.
