My family and I love this Cold Stone! It’s easily the best location we’ve ever visited. Every time we come in, we feel genuinely welcomed, and the staff have become so friendly that they feel like friends. The ice cream is always amazing, it’s Cold Stone after all! Great customer service and great ice cream makes this a place we love coming back to. Highly recommend!

Love coldstone ice cream but this store is disgrace to the brand… i bought french vanilla with almonds and that lady just put the almonds, didn’t bother to mix it, same with oreo cookie ice cream with kitkat. EXTREMELY RUDE OWNERS and BAD service… i called them to give feedback and they were not ready to listen! never going here again!!

Visited the Pacific Commons Cold Stone with my wife and kids. My daughter was excited to try a couple of sample flavors before choosing. We were told there was a limit of 2 samples per person, which we respected. We ended up ordering and paying for our ice cream, then sat down and ate. Afterward, I went back to the counter to try one more flavor for myself. That’s when the owner abruptly said “last try” in a rude tone. What bothered me more was that when I politely brought it up during checkout, he denied saying it to me and claimed he was talking to someone else. The whole interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable, especially in front of my family. I completely understand stores wanting limits on samples, but there’s a respectful way to communicate with customers. Unfortunately, this experience made us feel unwelcome, and that was disappointing because we were simply there to enjoy dessert as a family.

Great place with with great employees. Hamza and Usman were really helpful and the Ice cream tasted great. Will be back here many more times. I recommend the Cheesecake fantasy.
