From the moment I arrived, it was immediately obvious these guys work incredibly hard. The shop was active, phones moving, vehicles cycling in and out, employees multitasking constantly — yet somehow the entire team still managed to treat people with patience, kindness, and calm professionalism the whole time. That balance is not easy. A lot of businesses can either be efficient or welcoming. American Tire Bay somehow managed to be both. You can feel the discipline in the way they operate. Everyone seemed focused, organized, and committed to doing things correctly instead of rushing people through. The energy felt grounded and steady — like a team that takes pride in their work and understands that people are trusting them with something important every time they pull into the lot. And honestly, that matters. Because car problems, tire problems, mechanical stress — all of that can instantly throw someone’s entire day sideways. Most people walking into a tire shop are already frustrated, stressed, behind schedule, or trying to figure out how to make everything work financially and mentally at the same time. This team understood that without needing it explained. The empathy here felt genuine. Not performative. Not fake. Just real people treating other people with respect. I was especially grateful for how patient and understanding everybody was despite clearly having a heavy workload already. Nobody made me feel rushed, ignored, or like “just another number.” Every interaction carried this calm professionalism and attentiveness that immediately builds trust. And let’s be honest: tire shops can sometimes feel like entering a pressure cooker where somebody’s uncle is arguing with a compressor while a TV in the corner quietly predicts economic collapse. Not here. This place felt structured, respectful, and welcoming all at once. The level of teamwork was also incredibly noticeable. Everybody seemed aligned in the mission — helping customers, solving problems, staying organized, and maintaining positive energy even while balancing what looked like a nonstop workload. That says everything about the culture of a business. The shop itself also looked clean, organized, and professionally maintained. Tools moving with purpose. Staff communicating clearly. Customers being treated respectfully regardless of situation. Just timeless white glove energy from top to bottom. And that’s the thing about truly great service: it’s not about pretending to be luxury — it’s about making people feel taken care of. American Tire Bay absolutely delivered that. Deeply thankful, grateful, and blessed that I stopped by today. Praying continued success, protection, abundance, and blessings over the entire team and all of their hardworking employees because good people doing honest work with care and consistency deserve every bit of success that comes their way. Absolute Wagyu-level customer service. Six-star professionalism. Real compassion. Real discipline. Real people. 10 out of 10 experience. Nothing but respect and appreciation. 𖤐 @fromloss2legacy710 • @elfstoneandie May 21, 2026 • 9:18 AM

Avoid taking your car here for flat tire repair! I came here because I saw other BMW owners posting what I now suspect must be fake/influenced reviews for flat tire fixes. Came here last Tuesday. Some Indian guy came out to talk to me. I had a nail in the front tire. Needed a patch job. The guy inspected my tires and then tells me I should order new tires with him. That it is very dangerous and there is no tread left. He took a penny that was bent at the top already to try and do the penny tread test. Already I could tell he was a scam artist because he dropped the penny and I picked it up and saw that it was bent. In any case, I told him I’ll pass on the tires and he got a really ugly look on his face and almost threateningly said I would regret that and just be back again. We identified one nail in the tire so another guy lifted the car up and they took the wheel off. After five minutes one of the mechanics walks into the lobby and tells me he has some “bad news”. He says it looks like they found a second nail in the same tire. I go to the bay to take a look at the tire and there is this very long and very thin nail through the tire wall. Having read other reviews on here while I was waiting in the lobby, I could see that the scam artists had pulled the same thing on me. There is no way a car could run over a nail that long. They obviously took this long nail and banged it through just to charge for a second patch job. Please avoid this place. They take a look at the vehicle you are driving and assume you are an easy mark. Even if you tell them you’re not interested, they will find a way to charge you. I can’t imagine bringing your vehicle in here for any engine or transmission work. They will bleed you dry. If you have to get your car towed take it to an America’s tire which is a chain as they do patch jobs for free. Or go to the Sam’s Club. It’s worth the $25 membership to use their auto services instead of getting ripped off by these guys here.

Usually buy my tires at American tire bay in Fountain Valley so they always fix my tires for free whenever I have a nail. I just have to remember to bring my car here every 5,000 mi for the free tire rotation.

I’ve had great service here. They fixed a lug nut problem that I had from previous tire shop. I bought a set of new tires and they have been great! 6 months of having them I got a nail in my tire. I went to them same day and was assisted quick with the repair. I went to get my tire rotation and was helped quickly. The manager and staff have been amazing. I recommended them to friends and family. Thank you!!
