I had a great experience at American Tire Depot getting the alignment done on my Lexus. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. My car drives noticeably smoother now, and the alignment was completed in a timely manner. I really appreciated the honest service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back for future tire and alignment needs. Highly recommend!

We had an appointment at 5:30. When we arrived we were told that the technician had an emergency and had to leave . The receptionist made a call to another store to get the alignment done for my car and told us to go to a store that was 20 mins drive and assured us that if we reach the store before 6 pm. We will be able to have the alignment done could our car. After reaching the suggested store we were told that nobody had called them. Hence, we were nog able to get the alignment done.

First-time tire replacement experience, and it couldn’t have gone smoother. My tires were long overdue and I came in with a lot of questions and zero idea where to start. Abraham was incredibly patient - he walked me through every option without once making me feel uninformed or rushed. That kind of genuine kindness is rare and honestly what made the decision easy. I didn’t need to shop around or second-guess anything. The new tires have made a noticeable difference - the car drives great. But beyond this visit, I’ve come in multiple times over the years for flat fixes and they’ve always taken care of it at no charge. Reliable, transparent, and staffed by people who actually care. This ATD location is amazing! And a special thanks to Abraham once again for helping me with the tire replacement!!
