Fola. Are sales man was great to us. Always have liked Hyundai’s but when I went in there and dealt with him, he is the reason we bought the Hyundai Tucson never pressured us never hassled us just showed us what we wanted gave us test rides and then we left and came back a week later and looked for him and bought a car. Easiest car brand process we ever had. And even the Loan specialist helped with us tremendously. I don’t remember her name, but she was great too. Everybody that works at Folsom Hyundai was great. We really appreciate them. You hear nightmare stories about car dealerships and they were top-notch. We would recommend all of our friends and definitely definitely go back. . Can’t wait to go in there again for my service and say hi to everyone. Thank you Folsom Hyundai team.

I am giving a five star review for the sales lady I worked with, Barbara Valencia. I had been looking at used Ioniq5's for a few weeks. I called the dealership regarding a car on their website one evening last week and she answered. It turns out the car had been sold. However, Barbara worked with me on the phone and found one in the inventory that looked interesting. She told me she would charge it and to come in to take a look. The car, a 2023 Limited AWD, was gorgeous, looking like it had not left the showroom floor. Barbara was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and not pushy, unlike other dealership experiences. The buying experience was great. Now, I should mention that I was at the dealership a week or so earlier and specifically asked to test drive an AWD Ionic 5. This is not to diminish in any way how things worked out with Barbara. Not knowing what to look for we took a test drive. After the test drive the manager made a sales offer, which I declined because I wanted to investigate the car more. What I discovered later was that I was testing a RWD model. So, I could have been "conned" either by the salesman's ignorance of the vehicle or purposely into purchasing a car I didn't want. Thank you Barbara for leaving me with a better impression of the dealership than I got on my first visit.

Best ever experience purchasing a vehicle! We worked mainly with Matthew and Arin, and they were friendly and professional. My husband and I decided to lease our first ever EV, the Ioniq 9. What I really appreciate most about this particular dealership is that they did not bother me with endless phone calls, text messages, or emails, which has happened at other car dealerships and brands. This is my first ever experience dealing with Hyundai, and it was a smoothest car buying experience ever! I highly recommend Folsom Lake Hyundai.

Barbara was exceptional in her customer service and helped make it a seamless pleasant car buying experience, which I can’t say about any of my past car buying experiences. She was warm, genuine, efficient and professional. She was knowledgeable about the car I purchased, the Hyundai Ioniq 5, and took the time to walk me through the Ioniq’s infotainment system. She showed me how to customize all the settings and features. I would highly recommend her!
