I had a great experience with my SMOG test here! The service was very fast and efficient. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and when I needed to reschedule, it was handled without any issues. I really appreciate how smooth the whole process was. They also automatically send the report to the DMV, which makes everything even more convenient. Highly recommend this place!

I thought my car was done. I had a huge oil leak, oil everywhere 😞. Also had a pretty bad issue with my back breaks. They were able to fix both in a timely manner. Fingers crossed but as of now, not a drip of oil.🥳 Melanie and Ron were professional and courteous in an obviously embarrassing situation for myself. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.

Friendly and respectful Super sweet folks Got a shocking diagnosis, on my Lexus RX350, from another local family owned shop. Didn’t sit well. Decided a second opinion was required before upending my life and my finances for a costly repair. I’m so happy and relieved (that) situation brought me to FAT. Their second opinion on the issue (turns out it’s a non-issue) saved my bacon and won me over as a customer. 🤩👍

Wow the customer service was outstanding here. I was treated with the utmost respect for a disabled senior and although the weather was cold and cloudy the associate had no problem meeting with me outside, making my initial visit with them fast and efficient so I could get back home before the rain started. I would say I can't wait to go back, but who wants to their car to break down? If it does, I will surely be coming back. Thank you Folsom Autotech!!
