Great facilities and price. One of the only (maybe THE only) place in Marin with cold plunge/sauna combo. Plus the owners are so friendly and on top of everything even with a brand new baby in tow. Highly recommend.

Went with a girlfriend for an infrared sauna. It was $70 for two (total) for about an hour. Beautifully relaxing and clean. Great showers, robes and self-adjusted lighting. This would be a nice gift for someone.

Loved this place. Went three times while on vacation to use the IR sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy pod, and vibration plate. Super clean with thoughtful and calming decor and lighting. Prices are great. My only suggestion would be to have washcloths for clients like me (and most black people) who don’t feel clean bathing without them. Thanks!

I came here to try the red light bed because my dr recommended it, and I ended up signing up for their intro bundle, which was a great deal. Red light bed was great and I also tried the cold plunge and sauna. This was my first time doing the cold plunge, and though it is very cold and takes some getting used to, once you settle in it feels great! I really enjoyed the experience and left feeling so refreshed. The equipment is all very nice and there are plenty of amenities to make this feel like a high end spa experience. The couple working there were also so nice and helpful. I will definitely be back!

My new favorite addiction! Came here with my partner for the perfect date. You get a private room with shower, sauna, and cold plunge. Super clean and top of the line equipment. Its not the easiest to get through but min over matter and you feel amazing after! Very excited to come back to try red light therapy bed and hydro massage. Great location, easy parking, and conveniently close to many other businesses. Owners are very friendly and passionate about wellness and bringing it to others! Looking forward to my next visit!
