I’ve been going to Gale for a few years now and she completely helped me move on from box dye at home into a much healthier, professional approach to my hair. I’ve been able to try so many different looks over time, from really dark colors to so many different variations of reds and coppers, and now playing with different shades of brunette closer to my natural color. She’s helped me explore so many different looks while also guiding me on what’s realistic and making sure my hair stays healthy and manageable. She’s also taught me so much about how to properly take care of my hair, and I’ve noticed such a big difference in the overall health and feel of it. Gale genuinely cares about her clients and really makes it her mission to do what’s best for you and your hair. She’s incredibly thoughtful, creative, and detail-oriented, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. She creates such a comfortable, welcoming experience and I always enjoy getting to connect with her during my appointments. She really was made for this work and has a way of making people feel confident and taken care of. I’ll never go back to at-home color, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair besides Gale.

My daughter got her dream cut and highlights at Sproos Salon!! Kim did a stellar job listening to exactly what my daughter wanted from the appointment, while also consulting with her on what would work best for her hair type. She then 100% delivered on the perfect cut and highlights—my daughter left absolutely thrilled! Kim made her feel heard, confident, and so happy with her hair. Natalya is the best!!!🥰 love that she explains how to take care of your hair, what will change and all your questions she will answered. The place makes you feel very welcomed, other staff are super friendly. I’ve been to this salon may times & they never disappoint. As a first timer getting my hair done, I love the results! I absolutely love Sproos! I’ve had several great stylists there over time, but my current hairdresser, Gale, truly stands out. Gale has an incredible instinct for what my hair needs and has genuinely brought it back from the brink more than once. Every appointment feels thoughtful and personalized, and I always leave feeling so much more confident. On top of that, Gale is incredibly accommodating and somehow always manages to work around my busy schedule, which I really appreciate. The entire salon has such a welcoming, professional vibe, and it’s clear they care about their clients. I can’t recommend Sproos—and especially Gale—enough!
