Encinitas Car Wash

They did a fine job washing my car. But their prices are kind of a bait and switch. They charged a "medium car" fee for a Nissan Leaf, one of the smallest cars on the road. It could fit in the bed of most of the other cars there. What is a "standard size" car then?

Regularly have my car washed here and had it detailed recently. They did an excellent job!

Terrible experience. I paid for platinum. They did not vacuum inside at all. And all stains was not remove from inside and out. It was terrible. Also they damaged the side mirror of my car. When I told them I wanna talk to manager they said he is. Not here. Awful experience. The guy that giving the receipts he is absolutely rude and impolite. They did not compensate the damage of my side mirror.

Disappointed. Been going for years & quality declining. Why would I want to pay $$$$$ just to make sure my passenger seats are wiped down? I had to upgrade the car wash price (which includes most things I DON’T want or need) just to get this service!! I’ll go elsewhere.
