I had a great experience signing up at the gym, especially with the help of Edgard. He was very friendly, professional, and made the whole sign-up process easy and comfortable. He also took the time to give me some helpful tips on how to gain weight and reach my fitness goals, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that Edgard genuinely cares about helping people get started on the right path rather than just making a sale. This gym has improved so much since Edgard, new manager took over. He has made sure that the maintenance person is working hard on keeping the floors vacuumed, equipment cleaned , mirrors spotless, bathrooms cleaned and even the front entrance door maintained. Also a big thanks for positioning the membership cellphone eye reader that you have at the front to sign in. That really bothered my eyes when trying to sign in. A big thanks Edgard for your interest in making the gym look and feel it's best!

This 24 Hour Fitness has a welcoming, friendly environment. I enjoy the variety of equipment, friendly staff, and large display of cardio equipment. The gym attracts diverse members with different fitness goals, which is a large plus. People are pleasant and friendly. I give it an A+

I was visiting my family and really needed a place to work out. I previously had a 24 hour fitness membership and wasn’t sure how to go about getting short term access. Jesus at the front desk was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the process. I really appreciate him taking the time to get me setup quickly and helping me get right to my workout. I would like to sincerely thank 24 Hour Fitness, especially the Elk Grove Florin location, for your continued efforts in finding and bringing in amazing instructors for our Zumba classes. On behalf of a group of long-time members, we would love to express our strong support and request for Layla Bozorg to become a permanent instructor and to teach more classes at the Elk Grove Calvine and Laguna locations. Layla is truly exceptional, professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. Her movements are beautiful and inspiring, and her classes are the perfect combination of fun and effective workouts.
