Everything was top notch from start to finish. Once you open the door, the smell of the wood buring fire is amazing. The staff greeted us promptly anf were very friendly. Manager Justin was amazing. He made sure our dining experience was one to remember. Our waiter Rodil was extremely friendly, and on top of his game! Never had to pour our own wine. He was prompt and thorough. The Chef even came to our table to see how the food was. We had two appetizers. First, the Woodfire Blackened Prawns. They were cooked perfect, and were very tasty. We also tried the Smoked Filet Carpaccio. Soooo delish! I could have had that all night! For the main course, my wife had the Lamb T-Bones, and I had the Pork Chop. Our plates were presented beautifully, and tasted amazing. Both meats were cooked to perfection. We ended with dessert, the Affogato. Light, and a perfect ending to the meal. The whole dinner and experience was amazing. Definately going to go back again and again. Elk Grove has another upscale restuarant to enjoy. Thank you to the whole Interlude team for a enjoyable night! See you again soon!

This place was amazing, and we can't wait to go again. The service was amazingly. We had a lovely server named Rodil who spent so much time with us and made phenomenal suggestions which we were happy to take. The moment you wanted him, he was right there, but we never felt bothered. The food was to die for, and with surprisingly large portions. We had risotto, salmon, pork chops, and steak as entrees, with Brussels sprouts, bruschetta, and a potato appetizer. Everything was perfect. Our whole dining experience was top notch and we can't wait to go again.

We went to Interlude Kitchen and Bar on a Wednesday night for our anniversary dinner, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Our server, James, was outstanding. He was very kind, humorous, and attentive without being overbearing. He knew all the menu items well and made knowledgeable recommendations. He really added to the overall experience. The food was exquisite. The oysters were fresh and flavorful, and the red Tabasco-style sauce that accompanied them was a great touch. I had the pork chop, which exceeded my expectations! It was was perfectly cooked and full of flavor with great wood fire flavor. My wife ordered the lamb with tzatziki, and as someone with high Greek standards for lamb, she was very impressed. The cocktails were a bit on the strong side, but still enjoyable. We finished with dessert, which was also very good and a nice way to wrap up the evening. Overall, a great spot for a special occasion. We’ll definitely be back.

We went here for my birthday and had such a delicious and generous experience. The service was top tier and they gave us spot on recommendations. Food: We started with fresh oysters, calamari, and mozzarella caponata. Second course was the creamiest, garlic-y risotto with crispy, buttery salmon on top. They were so kind to bring us a Butterfly Queen cocktail and Gelato on the house for my birthday! 11/10 would recommend! Such a great ambience and addition to the Elk Grove dining scene!!
