I hate that this is my closest UPS store. The customer service has been horrible every time I’ve come in. I thought maybe the employee was having a bad day. We’re all allowed bad days! Once they had to close up shop as I was walking. They needed to cover a location off Limonite. When I asked where exactly it was the employee looked at me like I was dumb and repeated “Limonite”. The last time I was in I picked up a package. I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in. I was basically trying to sign to this guy what I was there for because he wouldn’t get off the phone (with someone who sounded like his girlfriend) to help me out. I located the package myself as he kept ensuring the person in the phone that he was still listening them. Horrible customer service & every single time this HAS to be my option I roll my eyes and dread having to come here. I guess I’m avoiding the one on Limonite too since they share employees.

Greed is a cardinal sin. This store owner dont understand it. Heading to this store. Make sure you have everything before you enter the store, Shipping paid, boxes taped, labels printed. Anything you forget will cost you premium $$$ because they price gouge on everything. Tape a box $4, need to print a shipping label $4.35. A reasonable business not engaged is price gouging may charge you 50 cents for 12 inches of clear tape or 50 cents for re-printing a label for shipping that you already paid for. (Although I think once you pay for shipping UPS should provide a label without charge. ) In addition, make sure you have extra time to allow their employees to finish their chit-chats or whatever they are doing. Dont expect a warm greeting.

Amazing staff, very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. they take Amazon returns, assist with usps, ups, have packing supplies and are extremely reliable in ensuring all your needs are met!

The employees at this UPS Store are always kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. As a small business owner, I truly appreciate how efficient this location is. My favorite feature is the self-serve kiosk. I’m able to scan in my own packages quickly without having to wait in line, which saves me so much time. This store makes shipping easy and stress free.

lol don’t go here. They will charge you $3 for a single piece of tape. What a joke and scam. I’ve gone to other UPS locations and they tape my packages FOR FREE all the time. Rip off, scam, and bad business. Also they charge $10 for a roll of tape. Talk about stealing from the people. GROSS!
