My son was served by Heidi, and I was lucky enough to be served by Jose. Both are amazing barbers! I really appreciate their passion for cutting hair, their ability to have small talk, and how they make customers feel so welcome. We’re definitely coming back, as we have been for the past year. Thanks so much to both of you!

I called in around 6.10PM on 10/14/25 and the lady told me there'll be a 10 minutes wait but you can come in and when I asked her to check me in or make an appointment she said you'd only come in as walkin and I came in in 15 minutes and she said we're closing soon and we are booked up for rest of the day and there's nobody on the wait list. Don't make people drive all the way if you cannot give a haircut.

So, I was there a few hours ago, a little over 2 hours ago actually, and Ashley, who was on shift who I thought would be good, because a barber named Alex, don't know where she went so I chose Ashley, and so what I thought was a good haircut, turned out to be the one of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten.. one side was unleveled with the other, and she faded the back lightly and it was just full shade after that, almost like a fade but not a complete one. And then Ashley proceeded to complain and say "Jose can you help me I can't understand what they are saying and what they want me to do." And so Jose came over there and understood it in less than a minute, while it took Ashley several minutes to understand, she keeps cutting and I keep saying shorter because she's barely cutting off anything. And then I looked and it was red on the back, and she kept complaining about how she cut it 4 times and blah. After I had showed her numerous pictures and she still couldn't understand that, and my photo had a line up fade on the back and fade on the sides and probably a 1 on the top, it was a 2 on the top, 1 on the side, and it wasn't leveled at all, and then she complained about why it was red because we keep showing her different pictures and it she said "okay now I understand they didn't show me any pictures" TOTAL LIE. How bad can you be to be a barber to lie and say it's not the photo we showed you.. that's horrible, she didn't do anything aside from the haircut being horrible and unprofessional. 0/10 never coming here again. CHOOSE JOSE 100 PERCENT HE KNOWS WHAT HES DOING. Hope you get fired Ashley. Because you clearly and honestly don't belong here.

Don't remember the name of the girl who cut my hair last week but really didn't like the way it looked. I always get the same cut and usually trust whoever cuts my hair to do as I ask. Guess from now on I will check the app to see who is working and request.

I'm not that good at describing how I want my hair to be cut. Most stylists get it wrong. Mo did a great job with my hair. It was exactly what I was hoping for. I can sense that she takes pride in her work. She does little things that really improve the experience. Such as using the electric shaver and not just clippers on the neck.
