Pathetic customer support. The guy at the reception didn’t even acknowledge my presence for almost 10 minutes, even though I was first in line. While waiting, I started reading the reviews and realized people were saying exactly the same thing. I had an appointment for 1 PM and specifically requested assistance at that time since it was only a simple oil change. After waiting, I was then told I would need to sit for another 45 minutes because there were two people ahead of me. So technically, my appointment time meant nothing. I wasted 25 minutes there, including 10 minutes just trying to get a response. The attitude at the front desk felt more like, “We don’t have time, you can leave if you want.” Management seriously needs to reconsider the person handling the front desk because this kind of experience is not good for business.

If I can give them a zero I would. Please beware. This shop over charges and not only that they claim to have fixed my AC when it wasn’t fixed. I went back three times and each time they said it was fixed and did not fix it. They charge me over $1000 and when I requested a refund because they still didn’t fix it and even got a second opinion and another mechanic to fix it, they refuse to give me my refund over a month. Their corporate office is now bought in New York and New Jersey so if you try to serve them in the Rancho Cucamonga address it is not correct. I would stay away from this business

I had a really great experience at Mountain View Tire. I came in with a flat tire shortly after purchasing a tire there, and unfortunately I hadn’t bought the insurance at the time. I was expecting to have to pay full price for a replacement, but the young lady (Cassandra) who helped me completely turned the situation around. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and went out of her way to help me. She allowed me to add insurance to the tire and only charged me for the insurance, then honored the warranty to take care of the flat. That level of customer service is rare these days. I really appreciate her professionalism and willingness to help—she made a stressful situation quick and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future service and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and customer-focused care.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Tire Choice. Mike helped me out when I came in to get my tire repaired, and he was awesome from start to finish. I didn’t catch the technician’s name, but they did a great job and got everything taken care of quickly. The whole team was super friendly and helpful, and I was in and out faster than expected. Really appreciate the smooth service. Highly recommend!

I've been here many times, mainly for oil changes. Friendly staff and I've never had issues with the services done here. Projected wait times for an oil change are a hit or miss even with an appointment. I've waited anywhere from 1hr to all day before. So keep that in mind if you have places to be. I had an oil change today and on top of waiting almost 3 hrs, they also left stains on my seat. Luckily, I was able to get most of it off with a wet towel. I was disappointed with this visit. Go to Les Schwab instead. I was in and out of there in under an hour, with clean seats.
