This is a zero star review but that's not an option. My husband went in for a swollen gum and tooth pain on july 6th. They drained it and put him on antibiotics and told him to come back the following Thursday for the root canal which was the 17th. They did the root canal and gave him a temporary crown and told him to come back again the following Thursday the 23rd for the permanent crown. Within 12 hours the temp literally fell out of his mouth and he had to go back in on Friday the 18th to have them try again. They told him it happens all the time its no big deal but to me if a tooth fell out that i could of choked on i would say its a big deal but of course they are going to down play it. We were going out of town on the 24th so he told them he needed to be 100% with the permanent crown before he left on the 23rd. He was at that appointment for 4 hours. Some machine stopped working they couldnt get the crown right and so they had to work on that while he just waited and waited. 4 hours and they couldn't get the permanent crown done. They said his gum area was a bit swollen, i mean if a dentist kept trying to shove a crown in my mouth for 4 hours yah im sure your gums would be a bit irritated, so they gave him a temp and sent him on his way to come back Tuesday the 28th to yet again try again. So today is the 28th he goes in about an hour and a half later they tell him hes good and hes done. It's now 3pm and we just got back from going back into the dentist to have to crown adjusted. That is now the 6th visit. 6 visits that should of been 3. 6 visits and when I talked to the office manager on our way out she told me yah sorry but you could always buy temporary cement at the store if you have a problem. Im sorry what? $6000, $4300 of that is out of pocket, many missed work days to make it in on a Tuesday or Thursday at 930 or 1230 and all you can say is sorry but you can buy your own quick fix to our shotty work at any drug store. I almost burst into tears out of frustration. If you a DDS or whatever you are take 6 visits to complete a routine root canal and crown and you don't care how inconvenient all this is for a regular Joe then you shouldn't be practicing. I would recommend a dental school full of practicing students before I would ever recommend Gateway Dental. They have no problem telling you how many thousands of dollars your work will cost but im telling you you arent getting that amount of quality of work. GO ANNNNYWHERE ELSE. PLEASE!

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. They have been absolutely incredible, especially recently while helping me navigate an emergency dental situation with a lot of severe pain. They are incredibly patient, kind, and highly responsive.My entire family comes here, including my husband and our four children. They helped with a complicated orthodontic case for my son, and both he and my daughter have had great results with their braces.Special shout-out to Marcos, Anthony, and Dr. Dimitri for being so helpful and kind during a stressful time. The office staff is also very compassionate and supportive, especially Tawny. If you are looking for a dental team that truly cares about their patients, this is definitely the place.

Huge shout out and thanks to Anthony and Dr Dimitri, they have been nothing but amazing with my experience here. And the front office staff is so kind as well. I had an issue caused by another dental office, and I’m so grateful I came here to get it fixed. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and reassured. They were professional, kind, and really took the time to address my concerns and actually conversate with me and ask how I was doing. What impressed me the most was that they were able to fix everything in just one visit—and without any trouble at all. The quality of their work and attention to detail truly stood out. All within an hour!!! I honestly won’t be going anywhere else after this experience. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and compassionate care. Been going to EastvaleGatewayDental for quite a few years now and have always enjoyed my experiences there. Very friendly group of people who make you feel safe and show to you how much they care about your well-being. Today I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Shenouda Araxi, and she did a fantastic job with my veneer; very kind and informative. Came in for my routine checkup and cleaning. Stacy is such a pleasure to have as the hygienist! She is soo friendly and gentle. Love coming back for her! My teeth always feel great after!
